    6:47 I totally agree. If you are craving for Wadapav, Pav bhaji, chole bhature, etc etc.... Ghar pe banao. It is really safe from hygiene point too , aap ghar ka oil use karte ho, ghar ke utensils use karte ho, aur bana rahe ho toh ek hi cheej bana rahe ho, bahar ki tarah ek hi oil me sab cheeje nahi fry kar rahe ho.

    Easy plan
    Subhe oats with half cup milk and bananà one
    12baje apple
    3baje rice in small bowl and ghar ka banaa hua dal or boil dal
    6baje whey protein
    9baje plain roti 2 and dal and kacha panner or egg white ok
    And pani 3-4litre pakka fats kamega and no junk food and jitna ho sake oil choro
    And multivitamin and creatine for strength
    My weight in August 2022 87kg now 68kg with a good physic

    1) Unfortunately, the more you distinguish food into '"good food" and "bad food" the less it works (long term).
    2) Because it can give you Emotional Eating Disorders
    3) "Good food vs Bad food" is a poor way to lose weight - in the long term
    4) It uses a lot of --- a TON of willpower and the behavior change doesn't last.
    5) For a lasting behavior change, focus on understanding the limits of foods

    Breakfast- 3 to 4 chapati or 2 bread with tea
    Lunch- rice with fried fish and fish curry
    Snack- sometimes like oreo biscuit or normal black tea
    Dinner- same as lunch

    Actually the logic for not consuming juice and instead eat fruits is "we get more saliva while eating with our fruit bites and it helps in digesting the fruits more but when we consume juices they have very less amount of saliva with them and can't be metabolized as fruits,as a result it causes more calorie intake"
