Best is Intermittent Fasting whether 16/8, 18/6 or 20/4 with Keto and low carb diet....I have lost 30 kgs in 4 and half months with that....I eat 1 tandoori roti in lunch which is the only refined carb....rest paneer, non-veg, 3 eggs, chicken thigh as well as breasts, green veg, salads and almonds....i do 1 hour exercise as jogging, weight lifting, yoga i.e. kapalbhati and bhastrika....thats it. 1 day eating and 1 day 20/4 Intermittent Fasting....Watermelon and cucumber cant be eaten in winters...they are for summer and monsoon...Best is cauliflower, green leafy, cabbage, paneer for vegeterians while chicken fish and 3 whole eggs for non veg
