Man this dude looks like one of the characters from Street Fighter. He's massive for a claasic physique. He's gonna fool around and accidentally get pushed into open.. probably won't be a bad thing. Keep killing it.
Totally agree! It's fascinating seeing what people from other countries/cultures eat to build muscle and burn fat. Lots of commonalities like eggs and beef, but also some neat differences.
Im Polynesian bro but lived among many Sikhs. The most humble and down to earth people I have ever met. I really enjoy Punjabi food. My favourite being Saag with Makhi roti😋
I absolutely loved seeing Biki go through his day and take the extra effort to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it. I would love to see him again on M&S! Waheguru mehar kare Biki!
What a fantastic guy, wicked shape on him. I have a lot of Sikh friends and have enjoyed our friendships over the decades. Decent and deserving people. Nice to see him embrace his religion as well. Well done brother, go and rock.
What a great person. Absolutely loved this episode, please bring him back on. Personally loved how he demonstrates that you can balance a bodybuilding career and religion; eating that treat/blessing - bro is humble asf.
I really enjoyed this. It's great to see a bodybuilder who actually puts spices and flavor into his food, so many American (and especially Canadian) bodybuilders neglect the value of things like spices and herbs.
Spices not only make the food taste better, they all provide other additional health benefits. I don't think there's really a such thing as an unhealthy spice.
The worst is when they are in the off-season and still eating plain dry chicken. I guess it's expected when most can't cook. Unseasoned chicken, nut butter and rice. Throw in a shake and a standard cheat meal
Wow, his diet is so simple. Amazing. Vast difference as compared so some of the full day of eating videos. Also he doesn't go crazy on his protein. Love this.
I would love to see more of him! I like how he doesn’t eat like 50-70grams of protein like a lot of other body builders so his meals seem much more realistic for anyone!
Except I'm one meal in on the video and the macros are a lie. That meal has at least 60 grams of carbs . 15+ for the oats. ~20 for the eggs. 25 for the xtend iso.
Massive respect to Muscle and strength for diversifying it’s content. It’s important for us to see how different cultures adapt to the lifestyle and discipline it takes to succeed in such a demanding sport. Keep pushing Biki ❤
For sure. And ACTUAL diversity not just different skin color same diet. If this was a white guy bjt born in India and did all this stuff that’d be fine diversity wise. Just show people who do different than milk, chicken breast and rice.
@@steveb6718 u still need to work Really hard in the gym to get a gym body like that either way.. u guys who are quick to claim steroids all the time just look for excuses to not work hard in the gym.
This guy just seems so cool and relaxed. His diet is more diverse than other bodybuilders but I would expect that from an Indian. They use a LOT of ingredients in their country. Very tasteful and a lot of it is really good for your health. He sure loves his turmeric 🤣
Raw turmeric is just a western invention. Think about it, when your dry turmeric i.e. remove water from it, you basically concentrate the turmeric. That way you have to use less of it. Western taste buds are not used to flavor of turmeric nor they know how to eat it, I have seen them sprinkle it directly on food and then complain about its flavor. That's why they eat it either Raw or use dried turmeric powder in a capsule. But thing is turmeric needs fat for it to be absorbed by the body so frying turmeric powder in a tadka makes perfect sense. Indians also like to mix turmeric with milk due to this same reason.
I met him at Stop & Shop right in front of that mustard 😂 bro was so humble and had a conversation with me and took a picture. Rooting for the best for Biki paji 🙏
A Massive thank you to Muscle and Strength for helping change my life! Watching this video got me to get in touch with BikiSingh for one last Hail Mary attempt at looking and feeling fit. I'm now 6 months in and OH MY GOD! I have been at this for 7 years and I have never seen these many changes. Biki Singh is absolutely perfect as a coach especially for Asians like Indians because he understands our spices, cooking methods, etc and is so perfectly apt with his values and knowledge that I'm going to be a client for a very very long time!
