It was great filming with you guys, had so much fun. Looking forward to film more content. Thank you for providing the platform for The Ajit Classic promotion 🙏
Can we do a video on what supplements the athletes use in a day?
Man this dude looks like one of the characters from Street Fighter. He's massive for a claasic physique. He's gonna fool around and accidentally get pushed into open.. probably won't be a bad thing. Keep killing it.
cool, but someone pls tell him to stop using microwave ;-)
and diet coke sweeteners are poison, too!
and why not vegetarian :-D ?
@@bikisingh528 paaji reply plz
It was such a joy to see a body builder of a different culture. I loved seeing him mix his life into the average body builder day!
Glad you liked it 🙏
Totally agree! It's fascinating seeing what people from other countries/cultures eat to build muscle and burn fat. Lots of commonalities like eggs and beef, but also some neat differences.
This was amazing
Cheesy maggi
23 years old , take steroids and looks 40
Good to see M&S is providing platform to athletes all across the globe. Keep growing
Absolutely we are excited to continue expanding to tap into our audiences around the world !
This comment right here!

Totally agree. Its fascinating seeing athletes from different cultures with the same common goal.
Except this was filmed in the US clearly
Im Polynesian bro but lived among many Sikhs. The most humble and down to earth people I have ever met. I really enjoy Punjabi food. My favourite being Saag with Makhi roti😋
Big respect bro I’m a Sikh Punjabi from USA I love Polynesian culture I’m getting a tatau Polynesian style on my forearm
What a fantastic guy, wicked shape on him. I have a lot of Sikh friends and have enjoyed our friendships over the decades. Decent and deserving people. Nice to see him embrace his religion as well.
Well done brother, go and rock.
I really enjoyed this. It's great to see a bodybuilder who actually puts spices and flavor into his food, so many American (and especially Canadian) bodybuilders neglect the value of things like spices and herbs.
No money left for spices after all the food and drugs lol
Oh yeah bro… spices make everything delicious. Doesn’t feel like I am eating any “Diet food”.
Aussies too mate neglect their spices.
Spices not only make the food taste better, they all provide other additional health benefits.
I don't think there's really a such thing as an unhealthy spice.
The worst is when they are in the off-season and still eating plain dry chicken. I guess it's expected when most can't cook.
Unseasoned chicken, nut butter and rice. Throw in a shake and a standard cheat meal
This guy is an absolute unit! 💪🏋️
Couldn’t agree with you more 🤘💪
✊
@@bikisingh528 do you include rice in a lot of your meal preps or do you stay away from it?
I absolutely loved seeing Biki go through his day and take the extra effort to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it. I would love to see him again on M&S! Waheguru mehar kare Biki!
Yeah he's proper humble. He proves you can have healthy desi food.
Wow, his diet is so simple. Amazing. Vast difference as compared so some of the full day of eating videos. Also he doesn't go crazy on his protein. Love this.
This guy just seems so cool and relaxed. His diet is more diverse than other bodybuilders but I would expect that from an Indian. They use a LOT of ingredients in their country. Very tasteful and a lot of it is really good for your health. He sure loves his turmeric 🤣
Tumeric has many health benefits
Your right but it has more benefits when it’s raw I think
Indian food is delicious
@@jjbabatunde5158 Turmeric should be cooked well before consuming to absorb all the properties
Raw turmeric is just a western invention. Think about it, when your dry turmeric i.e. remove water from it, you basically concentrate the turmeric. That way you have to use less of it. Western taste buds are not used to flavor of turmeric nor they know how to eat it, I have seen them sprinkle it directly on food and then complain about its flavor. That's why they eat it either Raw or use dried turmeric powder in a capsule. But thing is turmeric needs fat for it to be absorbed by the body so frying turmeric powder in a tadka makes perfect sense. Indians also like to mix turmeric with milk due to this same reason.
Finally a bodybuilder who puts lots of spices in his food… So sad to eat with just salt and pepper…
Proud to be from sikh family ❤❤❤ i am very happy after seeing biki singh phaji with all the things . DOING GREAT PHAJI . Thanks for always motivating us ❤❤
That was the healthiest and simplest full day of eating for any Indian person. Such originality that any Indian can follow so easily. Respect 🙌🙌
I met him at Stop & Shop right in front of that mustard 😂 bro was so humble and had a conversation with me and took a picture. Rooting for the best for Biki paji 🙏
Woah that’s awesome!
Stop and Shop? Does this guy live in North eastern US?
@@Shan-sk8pf yeah
Love seeing Biki on the channel one of the hardest working guys that I know!
Yes sirrr! Thanks for the comment bro 💪💪
Love to see more of this guy. GO INDIA 🇮🇳
I really love the Sikh and Panjabi people. So nice from heart. They are the most loved n famous Indians abroad 🙏
Massive respect to Muscle and strength for diversifying it’s content. It’s important for us to see how different cultures adapt to the lifestyle and discipline it takes to succeed in such a demanding sport. Keep pushing Biki ❤
For sure. And ACTUAL diversity not just different skin color same diet. If this was a white guy bjt born in India and did all this stuff that’d be fine diversity wise. Just show people who do different than milk, chicken breast and rice.
you take steroids, do pump workouts and eat a lot and then take clen when you want to cut.....
do it naturally and you'll see what hard is
@@steveb6718 excuses!!
@@nelsonkiiru7252 not excuses... the nature of the world we now live in
@@steveb6718 u still need to work Really hard in the gym to get a gym body like that either way.. u guys who are quick to claim steroids all the time just look for excuses to not work hard in the gym.
I would love to see more of him! I like how he doesn’t eat like 50-70grams of protein like a lot of other body builders so his meals seem much more realistic for anyone!
Absolutely thanks glad you liked the video
Less time on the toilet also!
But it won’t work for most people
Except I'm one meal in on the video and the macros are a lie. That meal has at least 60 grams of carbs . 15+ for the oats. ~20 for the eggs. 25 for the xtend iso.
@@boerekable why not?
Such a down to earth human being. No arrogance what so ever. Wishing him the best in his career.
One of the favourite episode and the only body builder who add lots of good spieces to his food... To make it taste better... He is living his dream life and also he enjoys his every meal
Good to see Indian athletes here 🇮🇳❤️

Brings a tear to my eye seeing an Indian bodybuilder making it

So happy he showed the Gurudwara and Langar too. Sikh Temple’s are the only place you’ll universally find a free meal like that served to anyone. Amazing service. Amazing religion. Amazing people.
That was our favorite scene . Very unique and special
Not just sikh temples, even hindu temples offer free meals and service.
@@user-df6kd4hq8f no not nearly to the extent of Sikhs. Langar is not universal in Mandirs.
@@harmandeepsingh-li3yw then you don't know much about hindu temples. There's alot of temples around the world belonging to different deities where parshad is served anywhere around the globe.

And we appreciate people like you who don’t neglect other cultures and are actually interested in learning about other cultures 👍❤️!!!!!!!
What an awesome video! I appreciate the information that you have shared, especially for going the extra mile, and putting it on text. I hope you achieve all your goals, brother. Stay strong! 👍💪
Good to see all around the world the pros body builder coming together on muscle and strength and sharing the valuable knowledge they have.
Crazy how the approach to eating can differ based on someone's upbringing in the same sport. Refreshing
😀🙏
This man is so humble and ethereal. Happy to see India finally getting the recognition they deserve!
Thank you so much for that crucial piece of information. I'm sure in the coming weeks millions will be raised out of poverty and tens of millions will be cured!!!! Amazing! Ya mon!

A Massive thank you to Muscle and Strength for helping change my life!
Watching this video got me to get in touch with BikiSingh for one last Hail Mary attempt at looking and feeling fit. I'm now 6 months in and OH MY GOD!
I have been at this for 7 years and I have never seen these many changes. I've gone from 97kg to 85kg, which doesn't seem like a lot, but it is such a massive milestone for me!
Biki Singh is absolutely perfect as a coach especially for Asians like Indians because he understands our spices, cooking methods, etc and is so perfectly apt with his values and knowledge that I'm going to be a client for a very very long time!
This was really refreshing to see I love the diversity in bodybuilding was great to see new spices and change things up a bit
As a Punjabi myself, this is hella sick. Good Video M&S.

Super cool to see a body builder incorporate their faith and cuisine into their diet. So refreshing to see more than just oatmeal, rice and chicken. Props.
It was joy to watch , More power to you Biki . Cheers
