If you get bags of rice that say Thai jasmine rice on them the rice doesn’t need to be rinsed. Also if you want better tasting rice than jasmine rice any Asian food market place will have the best rice by far.
I am doctor for 29 years.A normal person,training 4 times a week ,needs 3000 calories a day max.I had 51cm biceps at 38,105 kg,23% body fat,no roids,1 protein 30gr every day and 3000-3500 calories,max.For 5300 you need 750mg testo/week+anadrol or dianabol + deca 400mg/week and after 4-6 weeks you need winstrol+clembuterol or primo.I am 51,i am very healthy,and until now 3 gym friends have died.Eat 5300 and,take all these things and die young.WHY!!!
He competed in Natural federations but now I believe he's just focused on growing his brand /business in the fitness industry . We did talk about revisiting classic sometime down the road but I don't think it's a focus right now.

This guys is a living example that you can be a bodybuilder and still have some sense of normal style of dress and life. Bodybuildings biggest fault is everyone looks and acts identical.
Some of the athletes we feature are larger on other platforms. They are still more than compatible with our shows and the audience we've built over the years. It's not realistic to expect top names to be the only people you see on M&S, just not how the industry is anymore .
This was a peak bulk diet that gets tapered down once the goals are met during the phase of training and dieting . I don’t think this is a long term diet

Why do many BB eat high carb and low fat? So much easier to eat moderate carbs and moderate fats, makes eating so much more enjoyable.
I honestly don’t know the answer to this. Most eventually change to higher fats after awhile , but 40-40-20 is the way most diet .
