Watching Sam's eating videos has been fantastic for me - I don't count macros but I am actively recovering from bulemia. Spent 20yrs of my life extremely overweight, and after my divorce I lost it all, but developed eating disorders through being scared of putting weight on. Lost 7 stones in 2.5 months, but the past 6 months have been much healthier for me - I aren't eating every day yet, but I'm eating more than twice a week, and it might sound silly but for me that's really good. Also haven't thrown up a meal since early-September ❤

Bodybuilding at the highest competitive level is a bit different than bodybuilding because you love the lifestyle. Both can be fun, but it’s definitely easier to have fun when you don’t have the pressures of winning. Jay was just focused on winning at the time.

They are not "shit" if they follow a structured, professional diet. Many treat their sport at a professional level, so they have enough time to make better meals, which are objectively better than Sam's. Normal people who study or work don't have time for that. Why the hate?
That's why the cringey wimps hate on him. He makes it simple and shows that they are clowns who do overly slow, weighted stretches that they call lifts and they pretend to only eat lettuce and chicken every day. He tells the truth.

He's doing what most people think they're able to achieve if they set their minds to it. But in reality this guy is taking this to the extreme, extremes that none of us would be willing to go in all honesty.
Sam is the average guys' fitness motivator. Everytime I try to look up healty meals, it's some top dollar brand with 20 ingredients. Love that Sam views food as fuel like I do 😂
i know for a FACT that he plugged that in incorrectly in the app. Those ramen packs are 370 cal and 4g protein per PACKAGE. But the serving size is half the pack. In the app he had to have plugged in servings, not packs. By the back label he is eating 4 servings. So that is 370+370 + 8*(80) + oil calories which is 100ish per tablespoon so that would be 1380+oil. He said 1,100. Not that it matters since he's bulking but when you're dieting, what I'm saying matters a lot.
We like Sam because we can relate to him. Every other influencer portrays themselves as perfect, flashing cars, they got they own clothing line, etc. This guy just living his life as he would without the camera, with the camera on
I weigh 190 and I eat 5 eggs a day, 8 oz of beef, a big protein smoothie, 2 large bowls of oatmeal and peanut butter. Total this gives me 180 right there. Plus I have some kind of snack or two. Today I had tuna which will have me at 200g protein once I eat my last bowl of oats for the day. Been slacking for the last few months but this last week I have been dialed in. When I maintain this dialed in dieting, I get bigger and stronger than ever. Pushed my bench to 320 and my weight to 195 this last time. This time I hope to set new PR's and reach 200 pounds. Breakfast is the easiest meal in my opinion. Eat a good amount of eggs and then pick a carb to go with it. I love eggs mixed with hash browns it's so good. Plenty of protein and plenty of carbs
This is a fantastic cheap breakfast. It's amazing to stumble across this video because I've been eating this shit every morning for a good while now, only I really unload cracked pepper on the Ramen, with some Soy Sauce added in, and actually mix the eggs in, since I only eat three these days, not really trying to build anymore size.

Bodybuilding at the highest competitive level is a bit different than bodybuilding because you love the lifestyle. Both can be fun, but it’s definitely easier to have fun when you don’t have the pressures of winning. Jay was just focused on winning at the time.
@@hosstilesupps no doubt that you’re right about that and informative videos are good but athletes that are as dry as an unflavored rice cake aren’t the best at drawing interest to the sport.
This is what ACTUAL gym life is like not that bull shit influencers show you of their perfect little breakfast Sam threw 8 of them bitches in a pan and made some ramen and this dude is the real deal 💪
My cousin when I was just a kid. He was first getting in to the gym and he was eating everything in sight literally just trying to grow. Dude gained so much and still is the strongest and one of the biggest guys I know. Sadly never competed. No interest in it. He just loves the gym. This is how people who are young and are trying to balance they’re gym with school/ career etc. if someone is still trying to get huge and secure a back up plan. Things being kept simple helps. Nothing fancy. Just a passion for what you love.
@@kamatayon6380All those clueless wimps do is hate on him so we can say whatever we want! They pretend doing boring, overly slow reps with stretch weight is the way to get max results in the gym (it's not lol) and they pretend to only eat vegetables and chicken year round when or pretend that's necessary.
Bro I’m not a hater. He is a good guy. But don’t do what this guy does and think you going to get the same results.
I love how simple Sam make’s nutrition an lifting. Some people make it seem impossible like it’s rocket science
I like him because there is an undertone before and after every Sam sentence that says “bro, you can do this too, i’m not special” Other influencers don’t have that. They are not themselves.
Big big W for hostile to get Sam on their team as his channel blew up, brilliant foresight and timing 👌👏
Man this took me down Memory lane . I was in school eating with a few dollars . I love this video .
Sam is a great personality. Really inspirational.
I've only found out about Sam in the last month or so, love his energy, for me he fills the void that Rich Piana left when he passed RIP 🙏 he gives me the same vibes💪😎
All I need is Sam to start every video with "gooooooooood motherfu**ing morning goddddammit" and then I'll be even happier 😂
His videos always help me relax
Ramen for breakfast….. fuckin legend
We NEED Hosstile × Sam Sulek merch. Trust me it will be the best seller.
I dont buy merch ever, but this i would
Sam has really changed my mindset for the better, Thank you Sam Sulek!
Hmm
Not that it matters since he's bulking but when you're dieting, what I'm saying matters a lot.
do you know what app hes using?
@@VibesLaCroix he usually says in vids he uses “stupid simple macro tracker”
Sam is something special… look at these comment sections… just nothing but love, positivity and support. Pretty wild to see
Sam is the shit love how he doesn't hide his real lifestyle.
We like Sam because we can relate to him. Every other influencer portrays themselves as perfect, flashing cars, they got they own clothing line, etc. This guy just living his life as he would without the camera, with the camera on
Man i never really paid attention to this guy before but there is something calming about listening to him talk its weird hey.
Sam is a real one.. i love he so genuine! keep motivating so many of us!!
Good that he just gets to do his thing without anyone moderating, appreciated
Hmm
I’ve never seen someone spread oil on a pan with a spatula ..but Sam’s built different 😤💪🏻
So, noone in your family can cook?
@@JapanischErfahren lol what?.. You’ve never picked the pan up, tilt and swirled it? lmao 😂
@@JapanischErfahrendo you think the handle on the pan is for decoration
@af8499 I just pour it in there and it spreads by itself because it's a liquid lol
@af8499 if you hit it with the spatula you get a more evenly dispersed spread on the bottom of the pan a lot quicker
Thanks for the tips and the digital commradre.
The only thing stronger than Sam's muscles is his voice. Has a very deep and resonant voice that could be heard around the world. 😊😊😊
I used to not like Sam until i started really watching him, he is chill, EASY recipes, other bodybuilders overdo it on the recipes, i like sam because he is simple and far easier to understand vs the others!! I didnt know that since i weigh 195 lbs that i need at least 200 gs of protein in order to build great muscle mass 😊😊
What did you not like about him before?
@@craigcode7103 his heavy breathing and constant videos popping up on the RUclips Algorithm was kinda ticking me off until i decided to actually hear and listen to see what he says is true.
@@MinoxJoen That's hilarious that you were hating on him because RUclips was sending you his videos! But ya, he seems very likable and IMO has a lot of good advice.
@@craigcode7103 lol, agreed!
The young man's very well-spoken he knows what he's talking about I wish nothing but the best for him
😂
Yes, I'll watch a 9+ minute video of Sam cooking eggs and ramen. I'm here for it.
Im natural powerlifter and I eat in a day 8-12 eggs
100g-200g feta cheese
4-6 bread rolls (240g-360g)
150g whey powder
200g ham from Turkey
Last meal 350g beef or 350 chicken with bread or rice
Sometimes last meal is pizza with a lot of meat or Spagetti with a lot of Parmesan
Parmesan on 100g have 33g protein eat with lentil noodles and its a protein bomb
Many people in gym say they can not get big .. yeah fact is when you eat every day 2500 calories
What do you expect...
I eat mostly 3800-5000 calorie
And that easily
I just really like this kid. Awesome bodybuilder. N just humble asf.
Sam and Hosstile will become an iconic duo
Hmm
I can’t believe I watch Sam cook eggs and top ramen like it was a steak video 😂😂
Hosstile knows what they’re doing getting Sam in the videos, subscribed.
We create content with all our sponsored athletes, so definitely check out some other videos. We have some great ones with the Arnold Classic champion Samson Dauda!
Hmm
This kid is going places. He is a plain and simple guy, gets on with things. I like that.
6:29 Subscribed. This is where I and a lot of lean guys fail - the eating. This advice makes perfect sense.
Whats that app name you know that?
Look at Sam man, so inspirational
Watching Sam brings me back to my college days, being a gym rat with my bros. Good times.
Hmm
Babe wake up, new sam eating video just dropped
I have lost count of how many times I have watched this video over.
There's just something real satisfying about Sam cooking up some eggs and instant ramen xD
My favorite natural bodybuilder since Rich Piana
It’s weird Sam has a calming innocence about him, I think that’s what draws us in
to me he seems like a down to earth person! he seems friendly and has a sense of humor..
What app did he use to track his macros?
How did sam come onto the scene?one minute didn't know who he was the next hes a massive hit
I’m not a body builder and I’m a women, but even I laughed at the “they tell me they had a high protein breakfast and it’s three eggs”
I eat 145+ grams a day because it helps my adhd meds work better buy I also noticed a difference in my body comp within a month or two.
Breakfast is the easiest meal in my opinion. Eat a good amount of eggs and then pick a carb to go with it. I love eggs mixed with hash browns it's so good. Plenty of protein and plenty of carbs
Sam is a humble guy 👍👊
hes just a kid
Most genuine dude in the fitness game! 💪
Lets see Andrew eubanks cook a breakfast like this
Who is that
What app are you using to track all your stuff?
This is a fantastic cheap breakfast. It's amazing to stumble across this video because I've been eating this shit every morning for a good while now, only I really unload cracked pepper on the Ramen, with some Soy Sauce added in, and actually mix the eggs in, since I only eat three these days, not really trying to build anymore size.
Keep these coming, I will always click on a Sam vid! Treat him well!!!
Let’s go Sam 💪🏻
What app is he using to track the macros?
stupid simple macro tracker
Stupid Simple Macros
Is it better than my fitness pal
@@becks33 imo it is but not for any reason ive just preferred it for the last 5-6 months
I never would have guessed that Ramen noodles would be in a bodybuilders diet.
Does anyone know what app he used to track ?
Most unconventional method to his ways and others to follow him but whatever works for that individual thats all that matters... "If its not broken why fix it" Guess the difference I find with Sam he is transparent on his mindset towards his goals.... So much love and respect to you all...
What he does is conventional lol it's the basics that work. It's just not what most clowns who put on a front post about so it seems unconventional. Lift heavy enough to recruit maximum muscle fibers and eat enough carbs and protein when bulking. It's simple and he let's everyone know that the boring, stretch weight rep needs are clueless.

9 eggs with two packs of ramen is crazy
strongman can eat way more than that 😂
Hmm
When I was in competitive martial arts doing tournaments and fights plus being a Butcher in a slaughterhouse I had to eat 4200 to 4600 calories to maintain 187 lbs.....high metabolism, people are always amazed at how much I still eat..?.noonsies and twosyies hobbit style plus a light meal, right before bed, and I'm 53
This gonna blow up
You look like you can’t be hurt, even if you did not fight. I think it’s a great way to protect yourself to be very honest. I’ve been big and then lean. When you’re big, something is just different.
What app is he using to track his things on???
Not gonna lie the fact he has to take a deep breath after every sentence isn’t really a great sign…..
do you understand how talking works?
"It was just three eggs". Didnt need to be called out like that 😂.
I'm almost 40 and I look like his youngest son.
What the name of app you use for the macros
