Thats my favorite way to cook eggs but instead of using a lid put a oven proof pan under the broiler in the over for a little. It works so much better than the lid.
Those are great eggs. Pasture raised. Try to get pasture raised anytime you can. They allow the chickens to be in their natural element, eating the things they were meant to eat, outside, with plenty of space to roam. You're a good man Sam.

If you want nice not dry scrambled eggs then cook them the Chinese takeaway way. Heat the pan before until it's ridiculously hot. Then quickly spray the Pam spray and immediately pour in the whisked eggs. Then keep them moving. They will take about 30 seconds to cook then remove from the heat. Add a little salt and a teaspoon of sugar to the egg mixture too. Comes out great.
Only an American would add sugar to eggs 🙄
@@DiallerMan I'm from Scotland in the UK but okay. The sugar isn't to add sweetness its only a teaspoon added to about 5 eggs. It makes the eggs whisk lighter and more frothy so that they come out lighter and less dry when cooked. But you keep doing you.

I tried switching to rice. But I'm a hard gainer. The rice doesn't stay in my system long enough. And I can only get 3 meals in a day in so I have to make the most of my meals Wich means I put more emphasis on vitamin enriched pasta and mostly chicken now because I've gotten older. But I do eat meat occasionally just to switch things up.

Been adding 80g of cream of wheat to my morning protein shake. Easy 57g of carbs that hits fairly quick
I can't do plain oats. I usually use a single pack of flavored and then supplement it with plain quick oats.
