WAHEGURU JI NAMASTE 🙏 GREAT JOB
I'm guessing he is jain vegetarian?
Gurbaani be padte ho ya bss jaanwaro ke tarah khaate he ho simple question reply
Any kind of nuts without soaking is waste…your body is not gonna absorb nutrients from it. Include this thing in your next videos
As i remember correctly , he already mentioned the value of legumes (beans,Lenins, chickpeas etc) in his first video , so it's cool to see how he now switched to a full vegeterian diet . Refreshing, and his personality is wholesome as well, great job M&S!
And how he feels physically better - that got my attention for sure.
@@wombat5252That’s not vegetarian, that’s vegan mate.
@@wombat5252I love it when people correct other people but their correction is actually dead wrong. Don't you?
Beans and legumes is disgusting peasant food, but good on this guy for getting to where he is now
@@wombat5252he's not vegan you mean. Vegetarian eats animal product, not the animal
6:00 he fed a beggar it looks like, this is the correct way to do charity which is in silence, what a great gesture, shows how humble he is!
Edit : He was a Sikh Hermit it seems not a Beggar
how is it in silence? he did it on camera lol
@@eldertoguro1 at least he didnt boast about it or mention it
@@topg2820 doing something on camera isn't doing it in silence. you think he didnt' know everyone watching this video would see it?
@@eldertoguro1what’s with the pettiness. Most people sit there and would mention it or brag. He did it in his own language without declaring in the majority watching language
@@Sal-hw9ub i'm not being petty, i just find it comical how many people are gullible enough to believe he didn't know this would be put in the video with english subtitles. i guess people being gullible is the reason propaganda works though
This man seems like a genuine nice guy!
I wish him nothing but the best on his Journey
Get on his face to see if your sentiments are right or not
@@clempat4 the right to self Preservation is universal my man....even a sweet dog will bite if you step on his tail, it doesnt take away that he is a sweet dogo in the end.
well said man. But you know how it is, always going to be that one commenter lol @@apocratos0174
The most humble and genuine video I’ve watched in a while. You can just tell from his eyes how real he is. What a pleasure watching this video. Reminds me of when I lived in India. Much love Biki and M&S ❤
Glad you enjoyed this one my friend- we also appreciate the translation support !!
First time seeing a pro bodybuilder eat according to his culture... nothing fancy, nothing expensive, just so clean! Love from Sri Lanka❤
Prob one of the best full day of eating videos i've watched in a while- mainly because it takes into account a different cultural perspective and context and showcases it in such an easy understandable way. Nicely done!
For some reason, watching this guy, the word that comes to mind is "centered". He just seems extremely serene, focused, honest, and kind.
Yeah his bodybuilding lifestyle almost seems like a religious practice
If you ever meet people who practice Sikhism, like Biki does, you will soon come to see that they are genuinely the kindest most helpful people you will ever come across. An Indian scholar (not a Sikh) was once asked what was the best thing that India has given to the world, and without hesitation he replied the Sikh people.
Honest and sincere. Those are the words 👍
@@terrymahnu9182haha what nonsense. Jatt Sikhs are known criminals in the Uk and in India
He seem really down to earth , nothing flashy and overall a decent man. We need more bodybuilders like him. His humbleness, simplicity and kindness is a great message for rest of the world. Good job dude
Just about to go for my morning gym visit when i saw this, i have been vegan 42yrs so this grabbed my interest. I am a buddhist my Sikh brother ,may you have a long, happy and free life, the defenseless that cant speak for themselves thank you. Stay strong.
Respect from Thailand.
Respect for you Sir
Biki is the best. Love seeing different cultures, but it also takes a great personality to connect other cultures with the typical US bodybuilding perspective. Hope to see this guy succeed
Really nice of him share his culture with us bro is a UNIT, Respect 💪🏼💪🏼
Absolutely!
waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh ! Good to see a brother in BB comunity representing the sikh values of faith, inspiration , modesty, service , and compasion
Much respect to Biki and for highlighting Sikhism, his culture, and his work! Keep going brother; plant-based athletes are amazing!
It's so cool to watch!
Sihks are not tradionally vegetarians in fact they eat pork.
@@Astorath_the_Grim stop speaking rubbish
@@Astorath_the_Grim none of the sikhs ever eat pork in their life. Stop the bullshit. Get some help.
@@rounaksinghbuttar9083 its not rubbish, we eat jhatka
This is just excellent. A holistic approach towards health, focusing on physical and mental well being, is way more effective than just getting in more reps at the gym and depriving yourself of foods you enjoy.
With Roid
Biki is such a beautiful soul both internally and externally. Thank you for sharing the Sikh faith and love how committed he is!! So much success to you.
Man this is my guy!!! So chill and humble!!
Biki is a great dude!
For once an authentic dude repping india being himself, this video was so dope
Glad you enjoyed it!
One of the better vids on this channel. Love the basic chicken and rice but super cool seeing a different approach. Something tells me this guys blood work also would look better than most bodybuilders.
Best eating vid I’ve seen on here. Better than any bro chat with his chicken and rice
@@sonanderson6351 Well it's just easier with meats because of the protein content but totally agreed, this is cool and different to watch. Gotta respect him because it really would be tougher to be a vegetarian bodybuilder. Sure you won't become a Ronnie Coleman or Phil Heath without the meats, but you can get to a pretty impressive size without the meats.
@@wombat5252 Exactly. I would prefer to be of much less size than Ronnie Coleman and even a bit less than Biki! It depends on the preference & the body type you wanna maintain. But nonetheless Biki has my respect for being a vegetarian pro body builder.
The calming chanting of Dasam Granth baani during the holy dusshera. May sache patshah keep in chardi kala veere. Sat sri akaal
Always love to see Biki on the channel. Such a kind and intelligent dude, and his food always looks delicious.
Respect. Indians have some amazing foods and recipes. It's so much more difficult to body build as a Vegetarian. This guy is cool. Must have a lot of lentils, chickpeas, beans, etc. Awesome.
I wouldn't say "so much more" but it definitely requires more planning. I feel it keeps you more on track (sometimes) even when you're grabbing fast food too.
@@jay.rsingh2530when you have to factor in complete proteins, it can definitely require more planning
honestly it's not that bad, just replace the amount of chicken you would have with tofu or paneer
I have to agree, especially when bulking season comes along. Guy must have a hell of a stomach bc while his protein sources as great, it’s a hell lot of volume!
Indian bodybuilders have paneer ( cottage cheese) too as a part of diet
He’s seems such a great, laid back dude. Sikhism is nothing but peace for everybody ☮️ 🪯
This is incredible. Biki seems like a very kind and intelligent guy. I absolutely agree with putting your phone down when you eat. Meals are more satisfying, especially when on a cut. Hoping more big things are on the way for him.
Loved this! Always nice to see training and food routines from other countries.
He genuinely seems like a good guy. More of him !
Loved every bit of this video! Hope for more videos with Biki moving forward!
Hi friend thanks for the support! Yes we do have a few more videos from this shoot!
It’s awesome seeing someone so different from the generic guys we see, especially following not only his diet and training but the culture as well so interesting
This video was a whole vibe!!! Good job to Mr. Singh and M&F.🔥🔥🔥
Ran into him at the gym about two months ago and told him I first saw him on M&S, he was super cool 🤝
This guy is so great to watch. And a diet from a different culture is so interesting.
I love the videos you guys post with him not only do we get to learn how and what he eats but we also get a glimpse of his culture, it’s awesome to see keep them coming🤙🏼
LOVE to my Sikh brethren. Humbling and inspiring to see the brother do his thing, and speak so well -- really dropped a gem 5 minutes in about the importance of MINDFULNESS and being present during the eating process. I got to remember to put the phone away!
Such a humble guy. Great job Biki.
4:03 and a scoop of tre- protein. ngl the style of living looks so chill, traditional, and nice...definitely something i would like to have during retirement.
I love to watch this man..he's so calm, so stable, so at peace with himself, harmony.
And I like how he sort all of his food all the time in tiny bowls, it looks like he really cares what he puts into his body.
The only thing I don't get is doesn't he get hot with all of those clothes on him in India ?? 🥺
6:10 If You Look Closely Biki Is Saying The Shopkeeper "Ask Him What He Wants". He Is Refering To The Person Who Is Most Probably A Saint (Baba). You Can See The Saint Wearing Red Attire Approaching The Food Cart. Biki Is Providing Some Food To The Saint. That's Why I Love The Sikhs Because Service To People Is The Most Important Thing In Sikhism .❤❤
Loved this video!..Good to see others culture and different meal prep especially for vegan..Keep the good work 👍🏻 Thanks Biki!🙌🏻
I stopped eating meat about a year ago and everyone says the same thing "you're slightly smaller but you look amazing bro!" and my body feels great.
One of my favourite full days of eating! Please come back and show when he's preparing for a show - would be interesting to see how he diets being vegetarian
Such a cool video. Not only the food choices and bodybuilding, but also seeing the city, culture, and lifestyle! Thanks to Biki and thanks to the crew that filmed this!
Biki telling me not to use my phone at meal 1 while I watch him on my phone Eating my meal 1 👁️👄👁️
Put the phone down AFTER the episode bro 😂❤
might sound weird, but watching these vids definitely help me get food down 😮💨
Love seeing different cultures and diet/lifestyles in the bodybuilding community
Biki’s meals look amazing but the cultural and ethnic aspects of the video are so cool
I have to respect this man’s discipline. I’m studying a no meat diet so this enlightened me. Thanks for sharing 🙂
Biki seems so mentally well. Good for him, also, I’m gonna try to stop scrolling and eating now
The level of wholesome in this video was over 9000, and it is still rising
Great video. Humble and authentic guy. Would love to see more of him.
Great video, watching from Australia. Nice to see the difference between cultures and how you train and prepare. All the best
Usually bodybuilders come off as bring when I watch these vids, but this guy is quite cool. Thanks for the video!
Biki is always a treat to see featured.
Seeing wood ash used in cleaning is cool. Thats a lost art.
Great video, good to see different cultures approaches!
Couldn't' agree more!
This is so inspiring. We all need to stop counting macros so excessively. I started use it more like a baseline and no change. Discipline, balance and happiness is the key.
Awesome Video. Saw him at space seven gym while visiting from the UK. Really nice guy giving good advice on nutrition.
cool! I enjoyed his humbleness and positive, serene attitude!
Awesome video and thank you for showing us around India.
Biki Paaji you're doing great work.
Waheguru give you & your family & friends more Happiness, Abundance, Peace, Health & Success thank you. ❤️😊🙏

As usual an awesome video…love to see how other people do their thing!!!
Glad you enjoyed this episode!! Thank you for the support and stay tuned for more !
Awesome video just subscribed. I’m on a transformation journey too and this is awesome motivation. I like the humbleness and you can tell this man takes no shortcuts
Love this. No phone and no TV while eating meals. Glad I’m not the only one 😀
Awesome man. I’d like to see more of this guy
helped someone as he went and didnt say a word about it. A true man
This man is so positive. Good vibes off this video and so informative. Keep up the good work paaji.
Thankyou for reminding my country and our culture. Huge respect Sir
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa waheguru ji ki Fateh ❤ I'm proud on you my brother 🙏 stay healthy best wishes 💪
Would love to see more pro bodybuilders from around the world!
Wow, absolutely fantastic insight into Biki's everyday life. Wish him all the success
Thank you! So many great ideas!
More of Biki Singh!
Nice video brother. Stay healthy, wish you best. The last meal, egg plant mixed with paneer looked super tempting. Gona have to try that. Thanks.
Keep it up!!! Need more content like this
very eye opening, cool stuff !!
As a Hindu I say if you ever find yourself in trouble then find a man with a turban . Sikhs are the blessing of God to this world, especially to Hindus .
Not all Sikhs unfortunately, am a Sikh myself.

Exactly not all Sikhs. I met a guy from India and he’s based in the US. I’m a British UK born and raised Indian woman and he treated me so badly. He was a narcissist, psycho, pervert, master manipulator, he used coercive control throughout the 4 days I was with him basically all the manipulation tactics on me. First time I met a strange man with no empathy, he just used and abused me - he was angry over little things. I was disgusted and I didn’t know he was the way he was because 3 weeks before I met him he was love bombing over video calls everyday. He was sick. My sister in law is Sikh. This guy knew I wanted a relationship, marriage and kids but he treated me like I was an object. Never going out with a guy from India again (first and last time). I’m a nurse and well educated myself, I come from a great family oriented background but he just wanted to degrade me. He was a divorcee too, said a lot of bad things about his ex-wife of 4 years but was more into his ex-sister in law who his brother was married to again for 4 years too who was white American. He was a pathological liar so God knows what was true. Anyways, I don’t trust all Sikhs anymore (not all are the same but this guy I met was sinister). 🇬🇧

What a great genuine guy ! I wish him all the success 👍
I have followed this diet for 3 years. Not only is it healthier, its so good for your mental health. It teaches you self control, that you won't eat meat, and these other things, and that you have complete control over your body when it comes down to what it eats.
Stunning video!! Thanks for sharing!
Once again a great video capturing the true essence of a day in the life of a bodybuilder
Really cool profile… very calm, relaxed & positive energy 🙏
Biki Singh is a pride of India 🇮🇳
