@Charles Beaty hey ! So with his foods yes they have carbs but their low glycemic so even though the food definitely have alot of carbs the carbs will be stable and not spike you if that makes sense also a lot of those foods have a good amount of fiber , fiber stabilizes your blood sugar

Yes poor blood sugar control leading to nueropathy amd a whole host of other issues. There is literally nothing healthy about body building at all whatsoever like not even the tinyest little detail. Its all bad news. Its literally the opposite of the lifestyle youd live if you wanted to see age 55
my favorite part of trying to gain weight and working out is learning how to cook. it just feels so damn good to make something for yourself and enjoy that meal

Nah man, stairs are your greatest enemy after heavy ass leg days. He mostly likely didn’t have the energy to go down stairs, so would rather walk.

Don't set your goals low though. You'd be surprised how huge and lean you can get naturally! Consistency is key and that's where the majority fail and they always blame bodybuilders with ''roids''. My personal best was 232lb at 5'10", roughly 8-9% body fat. Natural, no enhancements at all. Took me like 10 years though lol I could have gotten even bigger but my priorities and goals changed in life.
Crazy insane amounts of food! That breakfast meal alone is massive! I said this before I love these full day of eating video's! The P in his name definitely stands for pushing the meals, pushing the weight. Thanks for sharing M.S. Another quality video💪

Fries are usually not made to be tasteful like a burger is, it would make sense to taste and enjoy the burger on an empty stomach than use the fries as a filler if you're still hungry

Everything he ate looked delicious AF. Gotta remember to add some healthy oils and maybe even honey to my meals during a growing phase.
I find it easier to just add an avocado or peanut/almond butter. Get your fats that way and it tastes good!

The heavy eating is probably just as hard as the training, to me. Most bodybuilders HATE eating at some point. Achieving their goals is true dedication.

@@wcc4269 Not true. I'm not over 6 foot and on tons of roids like this guy, so I can't eat 8000 calories per day. But even at 3500 per day, I was still always ready to eat more. Just make good food.

It is insane how much work goes into looking like that outside of exercising. It’s also expensive. My brother was way into all this and it’s such a commitment
So that's my weekly carb intake in his one day.

Anyone who bodybuilders will know this. Shredding becomes extremely easy when you can get to sub 10% just by cutting absolute shit and sauces from the diet 😂

I think where im losing out is the shakes man im trying so hard to put on weight and im eating, and im having 2 mass gainers a day but i just think since ive moved from fast food to healthy cooked meals im just not getting big amounts of carbs or food in. I really love the idea of oats in the smoothie, and throwing in some olive oil where you can ive been doing that. but if i can get 2 smoothies in and hide the mass gainer that way maybe I can hit the 3 k mark and above a lot easier. Thanks for this video! awesome job

I find this lifestyle so interesting. It is a lot of excess but it also looks uncomfortable which is strange when you think about it, like you are addicted to pain or something. I'm sure there is a lot of interesting psychology going on here.

@@ItssssJack I'm into bodybuilding myself (casually). One of my least favorite parts about it is the eating. I can train my ass off but eating till I feel sick, or eating unenjoyable foods is something I just can't do day in and day out. I've put up with it for certain time periods though, because of an obsession to improve strength and looks. Can't speak for everyone, especially professionals who do this their whole lives, but that's how I feel
