John Abraham lies blatantly. Once he said he only takes 20-25 egg whites a day for protein and nothing else. No way anyone can get so huge without taking supplements or steroids. And John's body was totally built on steroids just like any other actor.

im 6'2 15 and 74kg {on a begginer bulk} eat high protein diets and every 3 hours if u can, good ammount of carbs, high kcals, eat clean. thats what worked for me

I partially agree with what is being said in the video. While most of what these celebrities proclaim about their eating habits is to create an image and persona out in the public, you also cannot deny the side effects of fast foods you get from KFC or from a samosa you get from a local confectionary shop. For example, regardless of what quality of protein powder you take, it has maltodextrin (which severely affects the liver function). Maltodextrin is also there in fast foods that you get from outlets such burger king, kfc, etc , which makes you addicted to these kind of foods. Coming to our local Indian samosa, I am not against it as I myself used to eat it a lot, but most of these foods are cooked in sunflower oil, vegetable oil, which are even worse than sugar. Finally, just because you are a student or work a 9-5 job , does not imply you should not be following a healthy lifestyle by looking after your food habits. Try to eat and cook at home, and if you really cannot stop yourself from eating outside at a restaurant, have enough financial means to afford a 5 star restaurant. There is nothing fancy about putting all this junk in your body if it deteriorates your health.
