1. No fancy movement 2. Lifting too light/ too heavy weight 3. Incorrect breathing -when weight goes against the gravity - breathe out 4. Work out in hot environments 5. There is no only exercise for weight loss for eg cardio . Strength training should be done. 6. No planning- keep changing workout schedule. Break the plateau. After 4-6 weeks.
