Good morning Sir.. I am Nadeem from kashmir, my age is 38, and I am diabetic for last 13 years, I am on insulin and medicines, my weight was 90 with 5.5 ft height. Since I started to see your videos I gained confidence and I started work out in gym, finally I lost 18 kgs and my sugar goes down, I also started doctors choice whey protein during work out which results to build my muscle also. I was going fine, now I started modi care l carnitine and whey , now my sugar level raises again...is this happened by these above things or any other reason... please mention it
brother with my experience i would say don't use whey powder instead eat Plant based and Meet based protein foods... my sugar also used to raise whenever i used sugar free whey but soon after i started using plant based proteins instead of powder i am seeing significant changes in my sugar levels ( please consult your dietician and doctor before taking any decision cuz diabetes is very sensitive disease )

100% agree on the back drop. I have learned the hard way. I had to go through a 6 months recovery because of that. Thats how seriously I screwed up.
