    Please explain stretching workout after each body part. Muscles are not growing enough because everyone will work for the muscle but forget to stretch enough that part after workout

    Sir mera weight 116 tha or aaj ka weight 87 kg hai in 3 month aab me muscle badha raha hu or way protein lay raha hu but weight nahi loss ho raha hai
