      @@aspirantsep21 Lentils ko agar zyada liya to protein intake calory budget mein fit nahi ho payega. It's because lentils have more carbs than protein.
      Definitely add protein from lentils and these other veggies to your total protein estimate for the day, but rely on (soya-tofu-etc, low fat dairy, eggs and whey protein) as MAIN protein sources.

      Baki paneer me protein k sath fat bhi jyada hota h
      Best veg items for protein is soya bean bt jyada nahi khaa skte bloating feel hoga
      Kul milakar egg tk aajaao😂 egg yolk mat khana wo specially non veggish lagta h and usme fat b bhar k hota h

    One thing to focus on is to be stress free , happy, and relaxed if you can . High cortisol from stressful lifestyle leads to belly fat . If your lifestyle is very stressful, you can try using ashwagandha, which might help . Additionally, you can practice omed - one meal a day for better results!

    95kg se 75kg kad chuka hu 3 mahine me... phir bhi belly area me thoda fat dikhta he.. waise mene bohot baar weight gain aur loss kiya hu.. pehle ekbar mai 88 kg se 63kg kiya tha but isbaar thoda jada hi mota ho geya, belly area me jada hi fat jama ho geya tha.. 20 kg loss kadne ke baad bhi thoda fat dikhta he but training chal raha he.. muskil he but kad lunga..

      @@TahirQureshi02 2 hours ka workout session rakh lo din me. Jisme 30 minutes running, 15 minutes pranayam aur baki weight training kar lo.. Diet is aslo important factor.. Mai non veg nehi khata jada, jis wajah se jada plant based protein lena padta he.. Din me ek baar thoda chawal khata hu, raat ko roti.. Baki din bhar chola, chana, sprouts, dahi, soyabin, paneer, sabji aur fruits leta hu daba ke.. Chini ke jagah gur use kad leta hu..

    Siddharth, I've been watching you for years now and i even lost 15kgs once because of them but i have gained it all back(and more). Ijust can't do it anymore, i can't stop binge eating.       @@nikhilsingh3494 No I just walked 10000 steps not even everyday. I only lifted weights for 1 hour, which I tried to do 6 days a week. And the main thing is to stay in a calorie deficit. This has been my key in my journey

    I feel I am in a minorty who has a goal to run a full marathon this year, I can already run half marathons, but I still have some more fat loss to do, so I will focus on all this like I have been doing, but my cardio training will have more running by choice. Great video as always🔥

    Hey siddarth great video as always. I have taken your transformation course and it is very well designed but I do have some doubts and questions after watching some of the videos of the course but I don't know where I can ask those. I looked at all the FAQ's but none of them answered my question. Please look into that matter as I don't know any trustworthy source where I can find the answer to my question.

    Hello sir, so much respect for you, I follow your videos and I want to know that In order to reduce my body fat from near 28%, I have reached below my ideal body weight. Curruntly my body fat percentage is 19% & my goal to reach 15%. So should I countinue the calorie deficit process or change to calorie surplus mode in order to maintain ideal body weight.

I had been stressed about the whole fitness process, feeling it was complicated and had to do a billion things right to get even a tiny result. You have made this thing super simple and easy to understand in this fantastic video. It cleared so many myths I had believed, like spot reduction, doing belly exercises to reduce belly fat, Only focusing on reducing foods that contain fats, and so many more. As you rightly said, fitness is a lifestyle, not a destination; this is a significant change for me as I felt stressed about not getting results in a fixed time. This video made me realise it is a long-term game, and I must focus on being sustainable for my whole life rather than being fit for a few months.     Sir i have a question if i can keep 50% deficit since my bf% is over 50% . I am morbidly obese. I am dedicated to not binge eat . Will it damage my metabolism since there are studies showing it doesn’t .

      Keep it around 30-35 percent then you will lose fat faster as it will reduce your cravings by allowing you to eat more calories and also help you in gaining some amount of muscle while being in deficit

      It's a slow process bro just create 600 to 700 deficit and first and then decrease your calorie intake slowly when you hit the weight loss plateau, it's time to get big you gonna make it one day 🦍
