Current goal is to get back to that, and beyond (65 kgs should be ideal by my height). Shape goals: - Belly pouch removal. - Toned abs (6 or 8 packs). Health goals: - Better functioning of pelvic floor (good for urinary tract, prostate health, sexual health and libido). - Eliminate back, hip and thigh pains (probably sciatica). I know the stretches and I do, but I think body fat plays a role there too. Fitness goals: - Able to finish a marathon without trouble. By the way, I am 44 yrs old, with active lifestyle (gym, running, swimming, ocean swimming, boxing, cycling, tennis ...), but a sedentary work style (PhD researcher and professor). Also, by the way, I am a Yoga teacher as a side activity. I love (and eat) lots of seasonal fruits and prefer home made food. Not a fan of chips and never drink soda/fizzy drinks. Vegetarian (almost vegan), but my guilty pleasure are cookies/biscuits and indian sweets & namkeen :)))))) Now you have a nice case study. ;)

@@TahirQureshi02 2 hours ka workout session rakh lo din me. Jisme 30 minutes running, 15 minutes pranayam aur baki weight training kar lo.. Diet is aslo important factor.. Mai non veg nehi khata jada, jis wajah se jada plant based protein lena padta he.. Din me ek baar thoda chawal khata hu, raat ko roti.. Baki din bhar chola, chana, sprouts, dahi, soyabin, paneer, sabji aur fruits leta hu daba ke.. Chini ke jagah gur use kad leta hu..

Dear All this video suddenly appread while I was scrolling fitness videos and I can assure you THIS IN ONE OF THE BEST VIDEOS ABOUT TRANSFORMATION this guy explained it very well and he is talking about real facts. I don't know him personally as I am already in a Calorie Deficit Plan and using the same techniques already. @@nikhilsingh3494 No I just walked 10000 steps not even everyday. I only lifted weights for 1 hour, which I tried to do 6 days a week. And the main thing is to stay in a calorie deficit. This has been my key in my journey

I feel I am in a minorty who has a goal to run a full marathon this year, I can already run half marathons, but I still have some more fat loss to do, so I will focus on all this like I have been doing, but my cardio training will have more running by choice. Great video as always🔥

Weight goals:
- Currently at 80-82 kgs. Normal weight used to be 72 kgs. Current goal is to get back to that, and beyond (65 kgs should be ideal by my height).
Shape goals:
- Belly pouch removal.
- Toned abs (6 or 8 packs).
Health goals:
- Better functioning of pelvic floor (good for urinary tract, prostate health, sexual health and libido).
- Eliminate back, hip and thigh pains (probably sciatica). I know the stretches and I do, but I think body fat plays a role there too.
Fitness goals:
- Able to finish a marathon without trouble.
By the way, I am 44 yrs old, with active lifestyle (gym, running, swimming, ocean swimming, boxing, cycling, tennis ...), but a sedentary work style (PhD researcher and professor). Also, by the way, I am a Yoga teacher as a side activity. I love (and eat) lots of seasonal fruits and prefer home made food. Not a fan of chips and never drink soda/fizzy drinks. Vegetarian (almost vegan), but my guilty pleasure are cookies/biscuits and indian sweets & namkeen :))))))

Hello sir, so much respect for you, I follow your videos and I want to know that In order to reduce my body fat from near 28%, I have reached below my ideal body weight. Curruntly my body fat percentage is 19% & my goal to reach 15%. So should I countinue the calorie deficit process or change to calorie surplus mode in order to maintain ideal body weight.
there is no ideal weight, only ideal body composition. focus on body composition
