      @@gengar_13 I was suffering from IBS from last 2 years, now I am absolutely fine , I fell energetic than before and I am becoming more productive, and sugar and junk food also cause me symptoms of IBS which are now absolutely fine.

    This is what I eat a day :- Onion for Prebiotic. Curd for Probiotic. Tomatoes, cucumber, bananas, walnuts and almonds for Fibre. 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM - Sleeping. 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM - workout. 3 Major meals and 2 protein shake with banana a day. Life has totally changed from last one and half month.

    I eat oats, peanut butter ,milk, chicken, chapati, chana sattu, seasonal fruits, dates, almonds, eggs ,whey protein, creatine , omega 3, vit D. After seeing this video i am going to include mix veggies and curd in my diet.

    I consume 3-4 different fruits daily
    200 gm rice with 300 gm curd with pinch of black salt
    2 raw onions as salad with lunch .
    10 gm phylum husk in 3 days a week
    10 km running in a week .
    One day water wasting.
    Fennel seeds with ginger tea in morning.
    😅😅😅 Strictly vegetarian n if everything goes in correct direction soon i m going to be a vegan😊

      @@beditz1591 nhi nhi, onion sirf cut krke bs curd mai add krna hai you can even add tomatoes, some salt and black pepper and bunha jeera and then have it you dont have to keep it for 3-4 days bcoz already we arevusing curd which is fermented

    Siddharth.... You're really doing good and I've lost 6-7 kgs of fat just from your videos and applying those, here's a hack i want to share with all of you, please mention in your video if you find this useful,
    Buy a weighing scale that costs around 8-850rs and weigh yourself every morning during regular readings even if you notice a 5-600gms of weight gain for consistent 3-4 days (because 1-1.5kgs of water/food wight fluctuates everyday) you'll become aware that you're getting fat and can come back to discipline.... Thanks❤️

    Siddharth, thanks to your guidance, I've successfully been following a strict fat loss diet and managed to maintain my muscle mass while recomposing from 75kg to 65kg over the past year. I've also gotten stronger at the gym, and my day-to-day life is going smoothly. Currently, I'm consuming 1600 calories and aiming to shed another 5kg.
    After watching your video, I've come to realize that my diet is quite undiverse, and I'm concerned that I may have unintentionally eliminated certain beneficial species from my system. For my upcoming journey to lose the additional 5kg of fat, I'm hesitant to make any changes to my diet. However, your video has raised some concerns for me.
    I'm considering incorporating pre and probiotics into my routine for a month. Do you think this would be a good idea? I value your input and would appreciate your advice on this matter.

    Hello Siddharth, Great Video as always! Just wanted to discuss a problem with you. When it comes to people who don't have much time to workout, everyone recommends 3 days workout or 2 day workout depending on the situation. But actually what we need is a 6 day workout which can end in only 30-40 minutes.
    Please help, I have researched alot on this topic, and only jeff made a video regarding this but there's no workout plan, could you please provide a workout plan, this is an area no one has touched, will be really helpful for you as well as for us.

    Even after eating healthy food and enough calories, I am loosing weight. I have a sitting job, most people are getting fat while I am becoming underweight 😢

    Probiotics- curd

    1.5 grams protein per kg of bodyweight .
    0.5 gram per kg animal protein
    1 gm per kg plant protein (no soya chunks but soyabeans as they are gut friendly ) ....
    Best for someone who don't have Gallbladder
