I consume 3-4 different fruits daily
200 gm rice with 300 gm curd with pinch of black salt
2 raw onions as salad with lunch .
10 gm phylum husk in 3 days a week
10 km running in a week .
One day water wasting.
Fennel seeds with ginger tea in morning.
😅😅😅 Strictly vegetarian n if everything goes in correct direction soon i m going to be a vegan😊

Buy a weighing scale that costs around 8-850rs and weigh yourself every morning during regular readings even if you notice a 5-600gms of weight gain for consistent 3-4 days (because 1-1.5kgs of water/food wight fluctuates everyday) you'll become aware that you're getting fat and can come back to discipline.... Hello Siddharth, Great Video as always! Just wanted to discuss a problem with you. When it comes to people who don't have much time to workout, everyone recommends 3 days workout or 2 day workout depending on the situation. But actually what we need is a 6 day workout which can end in only 30-40 minutes.
Please help, I have researched alot on this topic, and only jeff made a video regarding this but there's no workout plan, could you please provide a workout plan, this is an area no one has touched, will be really helpful for you as well as for us.

Very nice video. Please let me know can you help with chrohns. Tried planet Ayurveda for some time no help as due to bloat and stomach pain it was difficult to take 10 to 12 tablets every meal. Due to pain and bloating and blood in stool which is in diarrhea don’t know if chrohns can be maintained with food. Your help will really help.
