I have been having 50-60g fibre everyday for the last few years. It's been a game-changer for me, not just for digestion or skin/hair health but also in helping tackling asthmatic symptoms I started getting after Covid in early 2022. I have also seen the impact of diversity of gut microbiome as you rightly mentioned. Eating fibre from just one source is not enough. Getting it from fruits, veggies, lentils, protein bars, psyllium husk has been helpful. Not had a single instance of acidity in the last 5 years. I take my fibre intake as seriously as my daily protein intake. As usual, great video!

Last time January mein hua tha, tabse mn risk nahin le raha hun aur roz 2 times salads aur 1 bowl curd leta hun. Aur ab jab mn morning mein Bathroom se nikalta hun to khush hokar nikalta hun.
