      HI SIR MY NAME IS ALOK I AM 17 YEARS OLD I ACTUALLY I AM GOING GYM FROM LAST 2 WEEKS BUT SIR WHILE DOING EXERCISES I ALWAYS USED TO HAD A PROBLEM WHICH IS MUSCLE IMBALANCE, I HAVE MUSCLE IMBALANCE IN MY TRICEPS AND BICEPS DUE TO WHICH SIR I CANNOT BEING ABLE TO DO EXERCISES PROPERLY SUCH AS LAT PULL DOWN ,CHEST PRESS,BILATERAL EXERCISES,DUMBELL BICEPS AND SO MANY MORE OTHERS. SIR ACTUALLY IN MY GYM I CAN LIFT 5 KG DUMBELL WITH MY RIGHT HAND VERY EASILY BUT MY LEFT HAND COULD NOT BEING ABLE TO LIFT THAT 5KG WHICH MY RIGHT HAND CAN VERY EASILY ,ALSO I HAD THIS PROBLEM IN SEVERAL MORE EXERCISES SIR BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM MY MUSCLES ARE NOT GROWING PROPERY EVEN I AM GOING GYM FROM LAST 2 WEEKS STILL IS I HAVE NOT ANY NOTICABLE CHANGE IN MY BODY ONE MORE THING SIR MY FREIND IS ALSO WITH ME MY FRIEND'S BODY HAS GOT SO MANY DIFFERENCES THAN MY BODY BECAUSE HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF MUSCLE IMBALANCE PLEASE SIR I AM REQUESTING YOU FROM MY HEART PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO ON THIS TOPIC ON RUclips TO HELP ME AND ME LIKE PEOPLES WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM THIS SAME PROBLEM PLEASE SIR OTHERWISE SIR I AM GONNA LEAVE MY GYM BECAUSE SIR I AM GETTING DEMOTIVATED DAY BY DAY DUE TO THIS PROBLEM PLEASE SIR MAKE A VIDEO ON THIS TOPIC PLEASE

    Not only Sugar but also Salt and Red chilli powder is more dangerous. Consume the moderate and balance of every food .

    Start eating soaked (almond , anjeer , walnut and kishmish) drink the water left . soaked anjeer and kishmish in one bowl , drink only the the water of this . eat it in the morning on empty stomach and khajoor as well

    Idli, dosa probioric food nahi hai kyu ki jab ye banaya jata hai tab heat ke bajah se sare bacteria mar jate hai. Koi bhi fermented chij ko jab heat se cook kiya jata hai to aisa hota hai.
