      @ Hi, initially I started with fermented millets for 3 months twice a day, but now I drink Kefir 45 minutes before my main meal and add sauerkraut in my salad, sometimes I eat fermented rice with fresh curd in the morning.

    Well I can only say wat worked for me...Carnivore diet fixed my gut issues after being a vegetarian for 3 years. Cut out sugar... which means grains. Good luck.

    I eat meat and low carb and that really helped my PCOS and gut but I agree with pre/probiotics and especially garlic. Nothing clears my skin like raw garlic, just one clove a day keeps the acne away

    Thanks mam ,to the point video ,no chemistry details,so this is the 1st step to eliminate n regrow now please make a video regarding psorises which is related to gut issue ,i know and hope that it will aslo be explained as easy and to the point but comprehensive ,what to eat ,what to avoid .for example i have gone through videos they simply say "skip dairy, skip vegies skip meat .i hope you have got my point.

    I have an excellent organic diet but I have bad bloating as soon as a eat. Had all tests came out good. So I guess it s stress. Doctor says silent reflux which as you know I have no symptoms except bloating. I have tried everything and I have no idea what the foods are that give me a possible problem. I even did the elimination diet with no luck…… weird. Can’t figure it out. I will try probiotics again.

      UC is an autoimmune condition, which is triggered by the weakening our immune system. While there are no foods per se that would cause it, excessive packaged and processed foods, deep fried foods, sugary foods/drinks are common offenders for a lot of gut related/autoimmune conditions. What also triggers autoimmune conditions is excessive chronic stress. Hope that helps.

      Gut health specialist nutritionist
      Certified nutritionist ( any random online certification would do )
      Hormone balancing nutritionist
      Homeaopathy doctor & a nutritionist
      Ayurvedic nutritionist
      Yoga practitioner & certified nutritionist
      Gym trainer & nutrition coach
      I am sure you will add to the list engineer & technically qualified nutritionist 😂
      There are qualified nutritionist with 6 years of formal education & training / internship , they may not be insta / RUclips famous 😂but more depth in knowledge & handling patient
      But these phd’s will ruin the patients health with shallow gyan
      This is more harmful then gut dysbiosis itself 😢😢😢😢

    L. Ruteri bacteria has gone, so for one month, make a yoghurt with starter kit, slow cooker temp, ferment yoghurt 36 hrs. It's called Dairy rather than yoghurt.

    It's not only diversity. It's having beneficial microbes and not having detrimental microbes. Not every microbe is beneficial in human gut. Certain species are known to reduce chronic inflammation and oxidative stress.
