I have an excellent organic diet but I have bad bloating as soon as a eat. Had all tests came out good. So I guess it s stress. Doctor says silent reflux which as you know I have no symptoms except bloating. I have tried everything and I have no idea what the foods are that give me a possible problem. I even did the elimination diet with no luck…… weird. Can’t figure it out. I will try probiotics again.

While there are no foods per se that would cause it, excessive packaged and processed foods, deep fried foods, sugary foods/drinks are common offenders for a lot of gut related/autoimmune conditions. What also triggers autoimmune conditions is excessive chronic stress. Hope that helps.
