Ye sab bhi maine aapke videos se hi seekha h ki office mein bhi active rhke calories burn ki jaa sakti h. Har din about 900 calories ka deficit ban raha h. Mon to sat gym mein 2 body parts ki 4-4 exercises karta hun.

I am following the fat to fit series uploaded on RUclips by hypertrophy started with 80 kg on 4 November 2023 and this week average are around 71 kg a have clarity of all the things but choosing exercises are big tricky for me so I use to go gym for 3-4 days a week for 1 hour suggest m some exercises for more clarity of mine

Last 2 months se ghar mein sab baari baari beemaar rhe to gym nahin jaa paaya aur calorie surpus mein raha, body fat percent phir se badh gaya (21% pe aa gaya). 1st January se gym vaapas start kiya h. 45 minutes gym mein workout, raat ko 7 se 8 baje tak walking karta hun. Mn government clerk hun to Mon to Sat 10 to 5 job h. Aur office mein 6 times aisa kar raha hun ki har 50 minutes baad 10 minutes walk kr leta hun. Ye sab bhi maine aapke videos se hi seekha h ki office mein bhi active rhke calories burn ki jaa sakti h. Har din about 900 calories ka deficit ban raha h. Mon to sat gym mein 2 body parts ki 4-4 exercises karta hun.
