    Currently Iam on Body recomposition journey by seeing your video it has helped me a lot I was 70 kg on November 1st now I’m 64 kgs on Jan 5th , I was around 22-23% body fat percentage now I’m 18-19% body fat percentage, along with this I have put a significant amount of muscle mass still a long way to go it’s my day 65 of body recomposition journey , as you have guided me I will continue this for 6 months get in shape get under 15% body fat % then start a lean bulk for 12-18 months thank you so much man ❤ you are a lifesaver ,today whatever Iam till wherever I have reached it’s because of you , Always grateful to you 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    🙏🙏एक confusan है,फैट लॉस के दौरान जब बॉडी weight kam हो जायेगा तो फिर से calory expenditure calculate करेंगे या previous वाला calory का diet ही consume करेंगे??? e. g., current body weight is 70 kg so 70×2.2×13 (protein =130g approx) then after 1or 2 month body weight reaches to 67 kg.     I am following the fat to fit series uploaded on RUclips by hypertrophy started with 80 kg on 4 November 2023 and this week average are around 71 kg a have clarity of all the things but choosing exercises are big tricky for me so I use to go gym for 3-4 days a week for 1 hour suggest m some exercises for more clarity of mine

      @Hypertroph seen the video and decided to go for 3 days to gym a week alternatively training will b like 1. back squat 2 set 6-12 reps 2.conventionao deadlift same 3.push ups 4.overhead press 5. Barbell row or dumbbell or machine 6.end will same seta nd reps of pull-ups for tracking average weekly try to increase weight and reps but seta will b same is this a good decision 🤔

And muscle build, I watch your video 1 yr ago , but loss nhi ho paya , but ye Bui hai k younger age mai jadi muscle build hoti hai aur maine zyda muscle build krne pr focus Kiya , now my age is 16yr and height is 5.1 progress hui muscle bhi acchi bani aur abs bhi uper k visible ho rhe hai , and now my weight is 56 and body recomposition kr rhi hu isi saal 1 Jan se start Kiya hai 49 pr ana , that's my goal , but problem ye hai k mai food accurate measure nhi kr pa rhi aur mera loss nhi ho rha , yhi cheez mai 1 yr se try kr rhi hu , plz suggest me ,

    Last 2 months se ghar mein sab baari baari beemaar rhe to gym nahin jaa paaya aur calorie surpus mein raha, body fat percent phir se badh gaya (21% pe aa gaya). 1st January se gym vaapas start kiya h. 45 minutes gym mein workout, raat ko 7 se 8 baje tak walking karta hun. Mn government clerk hun to Mon to Sat 10 to 5 job h. Aur office mein 6 times aisa kar raha hun ki har 50 minutes baad 10 minutes walk kr leta hun. Ye sab bhi maine aapke videos se hi seekha h ki office mein bhi active rhke calories burn ki jaa sakti h. Har din about 900 calories ka deficit ban raha h. Mon to sat gym mein 2 body parts ki 4-4 exercises karta hun.

      @@adilkhan14912 Bro. Mon to sat workout har day 2 body parts train karo. Jaise ki mon ko chest and back, chest ki 4 exercise and back ki 4 exercise. Har body part ki Four exercise mein se 2 se 3 exercise compound movements karo. Bro search on google. HYPERTROPH pe bhi sir ka ek video h compound movements ko lekar.
