I have bought "The Whole Truth" Coffee flavour following your advise and I can guarantee that its the best protein powder for sure. Its not sweet at all, infact its a bit bitter/bland. It works for me, as I dont want my protein powder to be a sweet syrup.

Vit D3 and K2 with MK7 have good synergistic effects - I have explained this in detail in my Vit D3 video. However, this combination comes in low dosage 600-1000 IU, so you can take 2 tabs per day. Since most people would rather take D3 once or twice a month - bigger dosages work better. And no, Vit D3 taken alone is fine and doesnt cause any calcification in arteries.

Brother, I can't thank you enough ❤ you are doing a noble work! This video helped me a lot. I have learnt so much from this video. I have made notes of everything. I was using muscleblaze multivitamin and now I know that is just useless. I am already taking 1 dose Double strength Omega 3 tab, which has 1000mg EPA+DHA (I will increase the dosage to 2), for vitamin D3 I take 60,000 IU once a week as I am little deficient in it. I will add Magnesium and zinc tablets.
