    I'm always waiting for your videos. Video kitni bhi lamba ho, mein apka video pura dekhta hoon. Apse mein food, nutrition mein bahut knowledge gain kiya hain, or mein apka eie knowledge school mein padata hoon baccho ko.. wo bhi samajh ta hain, relatives and friends kobhi samjhata hoon, aur mein ye bhi dekha hain, ashpas bahut hi galat misinformation hain logo ke pass.. wo samajh te nehi hain, kuch log to pura avoid karte hain mere baat ko.. but, i just don't care.     Yes Siddharth you r absolutely correct. High palatable foods are highly engineered that you don't stop craving.
    I was into the habit of eating Lays every alternate days. But now it's almost a year I had stopped eating Lays.
    This will motivate more people who are watching this including me to carry out fat loss journey 🙏💪💪

      whey protein per serving isn’t that expensive, the last time i checked, one scoop of whey protein (24-26g) was almost 50 rupees but when you buy a whole tub of whey protein, obviously it’s one scoop*x = your whey protein’s net weight

    Hi mate
    I have been on IM and OMAD diet with high protein and high fiber for the last 40 days
    First 25 days i lost 9kg and everything was fine but since then i am unable to sleep properly- the most i can sleep is 3 hours and then i am up all day n night
    I am good with diet and taking electrolytes as well as basic vitamins
    Age 55
    Any help?

    I cannot do strength training due to some personal issue.. I started duing some strength training but got injured.. So i have stopped for a while.. I am only doing walking 10000 steps a day along with 30 min badminton.. Is it ok.. Will it be considered as excessive cardio? I plan to go to gym after 3 months..

      If you are trying to lose fat, then it depends on your targeted daily calorie deficit. You should target a moderate daily deficit, maybe 500-700 to lose fat gradually without muscle loss. So if the calories you burn from cardio are putting you into a large calorie deficit then it can be too much cardio. Otherwise if you want to maintain weight then it's fine, just eat enough calories so that you replace all the calories burned by your daily walking and badminton, so that you avoid calorie deficit.

      Aisa kya ho gaya? Jo ho chuka hai usspar regret karne se kuch fayda nahi hoga. Aage ka socho, abse kya karna hai taki life mein improvement aaye. Insta par log fake cheezein lagate hain, dikhawa karte hain taki followers ko lage ki wah iss influencer ka life kitna sahi hai. Life ke down period mein inn sab cheezon ko dekh kar, comparison karke depression aur regret aur bhi zyada hoga. Insta ko uninstall kar lo. Agar raat ko bhukh lagti hai, toh apne diet ko aise plan karo ki ek meal raat ko bhi kha sakte ho. Jaise agar lunch mein 4 chapati aur 2 katori dal khate ho, toh ab se lunch mein 2 chapati aur 1 bowl dal. Aur raat ko 2 chapati aur 1 bowl dal. Low calorie, filling foods khao. Jaise salad aur raw vegetables. Kheera, tamatar, mooli, shimla mirch, palak etc mein bahut kam calories hote hain. Toh isliye 200-300 gram salad khao, calories kam honge aur pet bhi bhar jayega.

      Jab aap fat loss krte ho tab aap calories deficit me khate hai, or ye tab tak chalta hai jab tak aap apne desired weight pr nhi pohochte.
      Once you reach your ideal weight aap tab us weight ke according jo apka calorie budget hoga us weight ko maintain krne ke liye aap us budget me khaoge,
      or tab aap calorie deficit follow nhi kroge or automatically aap ko bekar ki hunger nhi lagegi.
      That's how your suffering for hunger will end.
