Changing the form of "standard" foods for consumption changes its calories availability. How do we take care of that? For ex: eating a raw apple and consuming it's juice will changes its available calories for the body. (Heard it on internet somewhere) Also will it even matter that much?

I have just started my fat loss journey a week ago and am following the same principle that you are suggesting in your video. After seeing your video, I am feeling good because it just reaffirms my faith that the focus should be only on calorie deficit to reduce weight and I do not need to follow any fancy diets.
