As my height is almost 6feet but weight is very less compared to normal weight at that height so can you make a video on how to gain weight fast and a perfect diet plan for gaining weight faster to achieve a perfect weight on this height i.e i have to gain aleast 10 kg to be a fit man at this height.

even though i take almost 2g/body weight of protein , carefuly measure calorie intake. workout 6 days a week. but my weight seems directly proportional to body fat percentage. currently at 61.35 kg and 18.5 % body fat. I want to stay away from 20% but trying to move towards 15% with decent calorie deficiet decreases my weight too which I don't want. don't know what to do. help
