    This is EPISODE 2 of Fitness Mastery (not Lifestyle Design)
    Also, many folks are asking "how to calculate body fat percentage".
    We have done a video on this before. There is no way in the world to accurately find bf%, and so we always talk about body fat% ranges.
    Even the most expensive machine tests have +-3% error.
    You can find rough body fat % simply by looking at the pictures I shared in this video.

    Bhai please make a video on bulking , gaining weight faster
    As my height is almost 6feet but weight is very less compared to normal weight at that height so can you make a video on how to gain weight fast and a perfect diet plan for gaining weight faster to achieve a perfect weight on this height i.e i have to gain aleast 10 kg to be a fit man at this height.
