      @@aadarshshekhar3142 there's no use of using iitan tag. It's enough to be an Engineer I have seen so many engineering who are doing amazing and way better than him in a lot of fields. I'm not saying he's nothing, he's a revolutionary fitness coach but being IITen is not the thing which makes you a good coach or something else

    Your advice absolutely makes sense, i am a skinny fat guy and finding it hard. I'm 28 years 52.5kg and 165cm tall, please guide me what needs to be continued.. I'm carrying on home workout continuously for last 3-4 months... I'm hoping to continue in order to see results

    I’m a beginner and i have a body fat of around 27% and i am training with just right nutrition and good plan . I was in a dilemma if I’m really progressing or I’m just not loosing weight but i found out it’s a slow process and I’ve been doing just fine. Thanks for the clarity that I’m not wrong🌼

    Treadmill: 6km daily
    Chest Press 30
    Trap pulls 30
    Chest Flies 30
    Day:
    Bicep Curls: 13.5kg-30
    Lateral Raises: 7.5kg -30
    Leg Raises for abs-30
    Rotatory Leg Raises-30
    Dips-50
    Plank-1.40seconds X 3
    If I stick to this routine, how many months do u think it may take to get a proper muscular body, including 6 packs?

    Body recomposition= Carb Cycling kya ye sahi hai?
    Ye mere research ke hisab se 2 part main divide hota hai
    1. High carb day and low carb day (tough hai pr diet banana easy hai)
    2. High, Medium and Low carb day
    (Easy hai follow karne ke liye pr tough hai diet banane ke liye wo bhi 3 calories ke measure main bannane ke liye)
    Mujhe ye puchna tha ki agar main 2nd one choose karta hoon toh
    High carb day- 3100 cal (TDEE)
    Medium carb day- ? (Took 2400)
    Low carb day- 1900 cal (BMR)
    MEDIUM CARB DAY ko kaise decide karoon? Centre pakadloon aur follow karoon? Uppar ki calculation Mifflin St jeor kr formula use karke banaya hai and
    W-83, A-24, H-178 cm Macros
    High carb day- P-200gm, C- 300gm, F- 123gm
    Medium day- P-200gm, C- 150gm, F- 118gm
    Low day- P-200, C- 75gm, F- 88gm
    Kya mera calculation ka tarika sahi hai sir? Fats etne yaad nahi hai thoda aage piche hai.
