I have lost 10 kgs in 14 weeks under professional guidance and now that I'm at the end of it, i haven't seen any progress since 2 weeks and the fatigue is indeed catching up to me. 8:07 same thing happened with me also.....my weight decreased daily in week and suddenly at the end of week it increased and I was so shocked that whf is happened...but I didnt give up and decide to stay on my track...and after 2-3 days my weight again coming back to normal and again starts decreasing.....now I got the reason and I'm felling much motivated now ..😊😊
