Dear Siddharth, Since it's your recent video, i believe you will see comments of this video, and I have been commenting on your older videos, but i understand you can't see all, so commenting here, bcoz I want you to see me telling you that how easy you make things for people like me to grab , else everyone just talk on the surface, I was not able to understand the meaning of healthy life and was struggling with the weight/fat for more than 10 years after the pregnancy, but when your older video came on my feed i thought let's just see this as well, and from there onwards there is no stopping and no set back and as you say fat loss hoga hi hoga, I hav lost 7 kg in 3 months, i have long way to go, I Just want to thank to you from the bottom of my heart, infact for what you have done for me, for the community, i can't even thank you enough 🙏🙏🙏, also one request if you can please make video on the workout split, best excercise etc, also although there is not much difference in the anatomy but if you can please make some videos focusing specially on female health, diet , excercise, post pregnancy fat loss etc., Again 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏, can't thank you enough ❤

Bro, i reduced from 90 kg to 73 kg in 1 year, but now calorie deficit and strength training along with 70 min cardio is not reducing last layer of belly fat and not reducing weight. Eating only lunch in whole day and 2 hours workout daily mon to sat
Stubborn fat is difficult to reduce...again depends on multiple things as well
Brother try to focus on abdominal exercises now... and lower cardio...otherwise it will affect your heart..

I am a big fan of yours but here are some suggestions for your videos. These are constructive criticism so please take it as such.
1. As much as i can appreciate the research, at times i believe they are to intensive for general public. Its better if you can incorporate more remedies to the subject and less of the research stuff. Sometimes the videos are too technical.
2. Kindly keep your videos a lil short. Like anywhere around 12-15 mins. It might generate more view too i guess.

reducing calorie intake gives lower metabolism makes lifestyle sluggish, slept 7-8 hours daily, doing exercise and strength training almost daily, taking protein daily, still no reduction in the body fat. The faster we lose fat, the body even faster accumulate it. All this knowledge shown in RUclips videos only gives basic knowledge introduction to make you by courses , and this changes gives short-term results only, not for the long term.

Merely sustaining a continuous calorie deficit could eventually lead to reaching an unhealthy weight of zero. The reality is more intricate, considering factors such as hormonal responses, metabolic variations, and insulin sensitivity. This complexity makes it challenging to grasp universally. What proves effective for one individual might not yield the same results for another, highlighting the individualistic nature of this process.
Calorie defecit is the only way for fat loss because energy can neither be created nor be destroyed.

I agree - every individual responds differently, and the same food choices would not work for everyone. The same calorie deficit would not work for everyone either - even for same weight, height, body fat percentage. An individual has to observe how is he responding to a certain calorie intake and adjust accordingly. One thing is for sure - the individual can not loose fat in absence of calorie deficit, and the individual must lose fat in the presence of calorie deficit. Now the game is to make sure that "the individual is indeed in a calorie deficit" by decreasing calorie intake and/or increasing daily activity levels as needed (sensibly).
@@Hypertroph Yes , so for everyone , the picture of their calorie deficit is different, then the focus should also be on what things affect the metabolism, the calories which you spend being on rest, the factors those affect hormones, the genetic, the cortisol, stress, insulin resistance and many others.

Meine apna belly fat kam kara hai. Ab thode hi dino mei paka flat abs ho jaayega. Sirf mei jo bhi khaata hoon us khaane ko chabaake paani banaake peeta hoon. Aur standing workout bhi karta hoon. Paani ko apne saliva sey mix karke peeta hoon. Ache se kula karke paani ko gale se thoda thoda sip karke peeta hoon. Overall 4 litre paani peeta hoon. Check my community post pic.

I have a body fat of 20%, subcutaneous is 18%, visceral fat is 5%. my age is 29. I am a non-vegetarian and eat around 5-6 whole eggs, a lot of mutton, chicken, and fish, rice in a day. Will I have a risk of heart issues due to large consumption of non-veg food.
That is not a problem, Focus on staying near 15-18% body fat long term
