As much as i can appreciate the research, at times i believe they are to intensive for general public. Its better if you can incorporate more remedies to the subject and less of the research stuff. I agree - every individual responds differently, and the same food choices would not work for everyone. The same calorie deficit would not work for everyone either - even for same weight, height, body fat percentage. An individual has to observe how is he responding to a certain calorie intake and adjust accordingly. One thing is for sure - the individual can not loose fat in absence of calorie deficit, and the individual must lose fat in the presence of calorie deficit. Now the game is to make sure that "the individual is indeed in a calorie deficit" by decreasing calorie intake and/or increasing daily activity levels as needed (sensibly).
