My routine -
Afternoon - 1 roti + sabji + soybean + curd + salad
Pre wokout - 1 scoop whey
Then , workout - strength training
Postworkout- 6 eggs with 2 yolks
Night- overnight oatmeal ( fruits and whey protein in them )
Late night - 1 scoop whey with little milk
But i measured everything on weighing scale.. so i get accuracy and know full things
I lost 8kg but abhi 10kg aur karna hai but nahi ho raha

I have lost 5kg in 35 days by following your steps in fat loss series and will continue to do till I reach 65. I really want to thank you. ❤ My go to food are millets, for example 40gms proso millet which is approximately 140cal is far better than 200 grams white rice which is more than 200 cal and doesn't fill that much also. And also I can add moong dal veggies in the millets to make it tasty.

I’ve recently started viewing your channel, it is a very good channel for those looking for everyday fitness specially Indian audience. However, your playlists are not properly organised, if I see a video of episode 1 or 2 of any series and go to playlist searching for other videos of same series, I don’t find it in sequence. Just a suggestion to organise your playlist, rest all is fine, keep up the good work.
I prefer vegetables specially cabbage and tomato. At dinner chicken brest with tomato salad is a very good option . capsicum is a very good source of fiber and green beans are good source of fiber and protein.

I came all the way down from 113 KG to 92 KG. The journey is still going on. I started in November 2023. All I followed was your fatloss series. Maintaining the excel sheet, weighing everyday and taking greatest possible data and then making adjustments, my graph is in a continous dip. I enjoy all tasty foods and dont miss events or memories. As you say its a lifestyle not a life sentence. All thanks to you Sid bhai. All support for your content.

Maine apki RUclips videos dkhi very helpful thank you so much .mujhe ek doubt hai sprouts Mai 100gm Mai 365kcal and 21gm of protein hota hai so 100gm (Raw, boil ya sprouted) kiski measurement leke measure krna hai kyuki Mai raw Ki le rahi thi Abhi Tak but after soaked uska weight jada ho jada hai … Sceond doubt ki agar hum soaked wale ko boil krenge toh uska protein percent kam hojata hai .. can u please help me ?
