Cardio totally depends on you cardio doesn't burn fat it just uses more calories so the more cardio you do more deficit you gonna create now I suggest you walk 7-10k steps per day that's it best cardio ever..... For example after every single meal walk for 15 min & then before sleeping complete your step count & if walking feels boring then watch a video while walking or a movie I do that.... I walk 20k step everyday or if you don't have time for 10k steps then you can do high intensity cardios like running, rope jumping etc hope it helps

    4:08 THIS IS The thing I wanted to HEAR!!! Thanks 😊I am vegetarian and always struggled with this concept about high quality protein.. Everybody on RUclips be like , “Agar Aap vegetarian ho toh dal khao, rajma khao”.. but no one talks about high quality protein sources and incomplete protein sources .. even if I talke 30 G protein from dal , I will end up with 100g carbs 💁🏻‍♂️, thanks for sharing right information 🔥👍

    • Visible Abs.
    • Define Chest, Back and Arms.
    ∆ Training full body 3 times per week.
    ∆ With 30- 45 min walk per day.
    (It will take time but Believe me it will be easy to follow and you will get a good body)
    • 2 grams per kg
    • Training 5 times per week
    Optimal hai muscle building ke liye
    Par follow nahi ho pata easily
    Toh start karo 1 grams per kg
    Training 3 times per week se
    Pir dheere dheere badate jao

    Thanks. People think dal and legumes are supposed to fulfill your protein demands but they increase carbs several folds before they increase protein. You're the only knowledgeable person to point that out.

    I am 18 yrs old
    and my total protein goal for a day is about 120gm
    I can't afford protein powder
    but i fulfill my needs using foods
    and I am happy with that
    here is what I eat..for a whole day
    2 slice bread and 2tbs peanut butter
    2 cups dal
    1 glass milk
    250 GM chicken breast
    100 GM Kala chana
    and
    normal typical rice, Dal and vegetables

    Me shirf 2 meal leta hu
    1.Breakfast: 4,5 roti with lots of butter with tea(between 10 to 11am)
    2. Lunch: 4,5 roti and sabji, butter milk/dahi,
    At night: hot milk with dry fruits
    Any suggestions what I have to do changes.

    I get your point that legumes/pulses are not lean sources.
    But i don't agree about how one can replace rice/roti with legumes/pulses. One can definitely reduce carbs from rice and roti but can't completely substitute. It's not sustainable and hard to adhere.
    But i agree with you about not giving excuses.

    In April I thought to become vegetarian and left nonveg and in September I suddenly fell sick and got high fever one day. After that I spent around 10 k for all tests and nothing was found. After my fever was over my knees started paining and whole body specially the shoulder part started paining. One doctor suggested to do vitamin D test and it was found 16. Then I started supplements and again resumed non veg. Now things are getting better. Vitamin D deficiency is very very serious. You were right in your previous video.❤

      Umm you can get vitamin d from vegetarian sources as well. Like Mushrooms! Keep your mushrooms in the sun for a while, they will become vitamin d rich.
