Let's calculate for accuracy. The link provided gives 1kg protein at 2870 rupees after all the discounts for isolate and concentrated. Now that Rs 2870 will give you 29 serving at most(1000gm /35gm). So for every 25gm of protein you speand 2870/29 = Rs 99.

This is what we want.. An absolute concrete knowledge with concepts. I feel that a lot of questions of mine have been answered. I really like the way you explain so logically. Never came across any nutritionist to be as precise and concise like you. I was consuming 100gms of paneer every single day, however, I am a little mindful of 20gms FATS that are coming which I completely ignored only by looking at 24gms protein source. I do watch your videos and gain a lot of knowledge. Please plan to make series video in Carbohydrates and Fats as well. It will be so helpful for all of us who are knowledge deprived. Sir,I just calculated the cost of whey protein you attached in the link or any other whey it's fairly expensive then you calculate its like 65-80rs per scoop
1kg=30 servings (approx)
Cost of 1kg =Rs 2000 minimum
Cost of 1scoop =2000÷30
= Rs 66.67
It's way more than calculated

Can we add it our daily diet for hitting the protein needs while in loosing weight journey? I have heard that oats are good for health. And brother pls also make vlog that how can we consume high fiber food at the same time while hitting the goal of protien within the calories deficit.. As usual, the most informative and complete video on protein sources by an Indian content creator. We Indians, especially vegetarians don’t realise that lentils (dals), rajma, chole etc. are carb dominant sources and calorie dense when eaten in large quantities, used as protein sources, a big takeaway from this video. Just one question though. What about complex positive millets such as foxtail, kodo etc. are these millets good since they are also carb dense although complex fibre rich, can they be good substitutes for rice and wheat?
