I want to spend time with my family I want to go for a walk outside at night I want to sleep 8 hours I badly want to watch a movie I want to quit my phone before bed But I can't do any of these , i am a 10th grader , i have my tuition daily at 5:20 am and then directly to my school right after from there so i must wake up at 4 o clock . And i get to go to bed at 11 pm and i get home at 2:30 and then again tuition at 3:30 .

Bhai, I eat around 100 grams of soya chunks powder a day to take 50 g of protein so that my protein goal can be met. Kya itna soya chunks khana thik h I have a budget issue. I definitely cannot buy enough whey protein to consume it 2 times to meet my protein gole and I am vegetarian. Please please tell me if it is safe.
