    i like to put aroma diffuser in the bedroom and put correct temprature on AC or cooler, along with blanket or sheet. this gives you good sleep. you should try too. :)

    I want to spend time with my family
    I want to go for a walk outside at night
    I want to sleep 8 hours
    I badly want to watch a movie
    I want to quit my phone before bed
    But I can't do any of these , i am a 10th grader , i have my tuition daily at 5:20 am and then directly to my school right after from there so i must wake up at 4 o clock . And i get to go to bed at 11 pm and i get home at 2:30 and then again tuition at 3:30 .

    does it is good for me if i am sleeping 4 hour in night and 3 hours in day
    i goes to sleep at 11 pm or 12 and wake up at 4 am in morning and again goes to sleep at 12 pm to 2 pm does it will affect my brain and weight
