I synced my sleep habits by waking up at 6:30am and added a permanent cardio session in sunrise morning time and wt training in the evening. Best thing I ever did. Been 1.5months now, and it did wonders for my work capacity, both in study and workout,and most other habits just fell into place by week 3. Great vid💪. Felt every word of this vid
My alarm clock is set to 6:00am. The satisfaction of waking up early, switching off the alarm and going back to sleep for another hour is just out of the world. Nothing like that 1 hour of sleep after shutting down the annoying alarm!
6:30 am i have been a a night owl eating late night and what I earned in return too much illness , fatigue , and other medical problems .. now i am like a machine eat healthy , gym , yoga , breathing exercise sleep at 11 pm ... moral : you cant mess with the nature you are not resilient against :)
