    Where a lot of self proclaimed Saints , Sadhus or Swamis as they call themselves keep misleading people by telling stories of their greatness, people like Swami Mukandananda and some others are truly guiding people to make their lives better .

    Before days i used to sleep early at 10:00pm & get up early in the morning like 4 or 5
    But today I'm sleeping like hell
    Sleeping early like 9 getup at 7
    Even thru day i feel 💤 sleep 😴🥱
    I don't know how to avoid this problem
    This morning i did the same😢
    I'm addicted to it

    This is so true. All of us are having bad habits of sleeping late night and using our phone any other devices in late night which effect our sleep. Swamiji had explained nicely how we could change our lifestyle of waking up early 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    We all value this subject greatly. In this video, Swamiji outlined how the early hours are among the nicest gifts we can give ourselves in life. Being raised in a Hindu Indian home, I too heard as a young child that we should awaken at the Brahma Muhurat, but after watching it, I fully understood the advantages of waking up early.
    It will be simple for all of us to view the rising sun and begin our days with lovely activities like indulging in meditation, having a positive self-talk, practising some yoga pranayam, etc. once we have persuaded our minds that getting up early is crucial.
    A crucial element that particularly appealed to me is Swamiji's counsel that we shouldn't disturb these gudgets two hours prior to going to sleep and two hours following rising up from the bed. Let it be; only then will everything fall into place. I am grateful to Swamiji for this lovely, priceless knowledge.

    It is a good habit to rise early in the morning, at least two hours before sunrises .That two hours can be dedicated for meditation, spiritual sadhana, yoga practice, reading etc . This is the time when we can plan better.This can be done going sleep early and making it a practice. wonderful video by swamiji.

    Frankly speaking, I am a bookworm and have a great passion to read books. I am so conditioned to it that sometimes in my life any other thing I do other than reading, I feel it is a simple waste of time.
