Unknowingly, I follow many of the things Sister Shivani says. And yes, I have benefited from that ! I don't touch my phone for 1 hour after I wake up, just put it on for charging. In the night, I disconnect from wifi by 10:30 pm but leave my phone ON (2 mtrs away..not next to my bed) to take any urgent call if required. It is a conscious effort and it helps 🙂

Jiji, I have listened you for so many years my life and business changed and me and my family doing sewa to a guru Nanak organisation every Tuesday and it feels we have been chosen to do this we were called by one devotee for sewa and here we are now doing sewa to people and public, and it really calms done the thought and how peacefully people accepts the food with a smile and Thankyou

I was never in favour of these Gadgets and used to quarrel with my loved ones when we rarely got together for a meal to SHUT OFF their Cell Phones and enjoy Quality time together. Today I have become an addict to my Cell Phone living ALONE. It's become my Partner in my Loneliness. Instead of Meditation and good healthy habits I am living the life you are talking about because my life took a turn for the worst.
