Any recommendations for realigning my mind. I got stuck in a bizarre eye pattern meditation for 45 minutes listening to a live feed on youtube... It felt like two sources of light within my eyes dancing around and it locked into an infinity pattern on both sources sinking deeper and deeper each successive wave. I woke out of it abruptly and bizarre things have happened since.
Someone sent me this this morning. I am unable to apply this to my unemployment, my desire to be fulkfilled in San Antonio beyond what I can control. My day will provide no satisfaction of life, yet my heart feels grateful for breath. I am a woman who is need of healing, I want out of drought and lack of feeling secure. I realized yesterday that I have to be the one who saves myself. Up on til then I prayed hoped for God to pity my and rescue me.

Sadguru recently had brain surgery ,he is promoting sleeping 3-4 hrs a day ,he is saying he never has more than 4 hrs sleep,misleading sleep waste of time.Sleep is mothr of everthing,without sleep ones brain doesnt recharge,that's what happenbed to him.Alsa he got big belly man doesnt have a clue about insulin hormon,he says he is eating 1 big meal a day.He needs to learn not just spiritul side of the body gets you going what you eat and when and sleep is most importand things in life.
