Well i wont recommend you to just get up as soon as you wake because your body need to be prepared for doing any activity after waking up.... If you just wake up and run out of your bed then I may gave u a heart stroke... Soo just wait for 1 min after waking up and then start ur day
I used to wake up early in the morning around 4 am during board exams and yes the atmosphere at that time is quite different. At 5:00 am the satisfying sound of Azaan from the nearby mosque and at 5:30 the chants of Hanuman Chalisa from the temple filled me with the much needed positivity.
During exams or internals. I surprisingly wake up early even after sleeping late. I sleep at 2 and wake at 5! But after studying for few hours i take a 2 hours nap... That's so refreshing!!

@Neeharika M i don't mind helping her at all but she has to do things that i cant do at 3am, and as i can't cook, but i can do cleaning and stuff but then my grandma just don't want me to do that coz apparently she doesnt like how i do chores, and my mom is on medication for her mental health so that affected her sleep and she just can't sleeo at night so she wakes up early and she sleeps in afternoon, so what can i do about that and i am only 13 so what else do you expect out of a 13 year old (jk tho)

Guys.... I wake up early at 5 am and believe me I feel so calm and fresh.... morning time 4 to 6 am is just amazing.... I even wake up early on Saturday and sunday and its amazing....even if you wake up early and start work with laptop for office work it gets finished in just 1 hour which will take 4 hours after 9 am

When you set your alaram at night, put it at least 10 steps away from you so that you have to leave the bed to shut it down. That's how it will be easy to leave the bed . Now I wake up at 4am in the morning without any hustle and I sleep like a baby .

Truly there's nothing more satisfying than waking up early. I totally agree on that.. Waking up 4.30 AM and observing the nature, watching the sunrise and birds or animals and people starting their day, chirping of birds. Fresh air. Taking a walk.. Sunbathing it's just so much better to wake up early and i felt that when i wake up early i feel much more energetic while working out..i feel focused and most importantly i feel i have self control over me.. I dont feel obsessed with social media, caffeine or any gadgets..

I have really seen myself waking up at the exact time I want to. Just before I sleep I tell myself to wake up at 6 or 4 or anytime that I want to. Another thing that helps to sleep early is , to just play this file called "winding down" by nimja on youtube. Its just a 8min file that tells u to relax and that the day is over, during which i dim my room lights, apply my hand cream, lip balm, drink milk..sortof like a bed time ritual. This reminds my body and mind that its time to sleep and i fall asleep much faster this way! Anybody reading my comment, please try it. Hope it helps :)

I have really seen myself waking up at the exact time I want to. Just before I sleep I tell myself to wake up at 6 or 4 or anytime that I want to. And I have always woken up pretty much close to that time. It truly works.. ppl just won't believe it when I said to them about this. but good to hear it from uou. 😊

When I try to wake up early, most of the times I don't get proper sleep. Disturbed sleep means I can't get up early. The cycle continues.
Finding out the exact reason for disturbed sleep could help you break the cycle. Or it could be anxiety (i mean the medical one) that doesn't allow you to sleep when you have plans of waking up early.

Another thing that helps to sleep early is , to just play this file called "winding down" by nimja on youtube. Its just a 8min file that tells u to relax and that the day is over, during which i dim my room lights, apply my hand cream, lip balm, drink milk..sortof like a bed time ritual. This reminds my body and mind that its time to sleep and i fall asleep much faster this way! Anybody reading my comment, please try it. Hope it helps :)

He's right, in fact after a week or two you'll be used to it and you won't need an alarm to wake you up on time.

I am not an early riser normally... Now that i am first time mom with WFH my sleep is on roller coaster ride.. I sleep whenever I get time..work during late hours... Everything is messed up...
I can always feel my energy is draining out as days go... I don't know how these will help with a baby... But still i am going to try so that I can spend my quality time more with my baby morning hours besides running after chores, office work etc...
