    - drink warm milk
    - telling myself to wake up
    - have some motive for waking up
    - setting an alarm for bed time prep than wake up time

    2. Avoid Heavy Foods in Dinner.
    3. Prepare for Sleep - Cold Shower, Lukewarm Milk, Meditation, Soothing Music, etc.
    4. Avoid Keeping Head to North, Sleep on the Left Side (promotes digestion)
    5. Have a Good Reason to Wake Up Early.
    6. Don't Snooze Alarms.
    7. Drink Lukewarm Water/ Go Out in the Open After Waking Up.
    8. Don't Sleep in the Afternoon.
    9. Have a Fixed Schedule for Everyday.

    Everyone please keep a bowl of water in front, back and balcony of your house...due to summer heat many birds and animals are dying... please..this is my kind request to everyone 🙏
    If possible please put some grains and little bit of fruits in a plate to them.....even a small amount of watermelon makes them feel good... PLEASE DO THIS TO SAVE THEM..
    Note: Before serving any food to birds .. please give a check in internet whether the food you serve is save for them... because apple seeds ,salt r highly dangerous food for them...so pls give a check...
    Every birds n animals going to die one day but it's our responsibility to make their living days good.... it's in our hand🙏..so please do this🙏

      I keep rice and wheat 😁 and all the pegions and sparrows have become familiar to me

    Train your subconscious:it does every thing..
    Get out from the bed immediately,faster than fastest.,dont wait till your mind gives no of excuses to sleep again

      Well i wont recommend you to just get up as soon as you wake because your body need to be prepared for doing any activity after waking up.... If you just wake up and run out of your bed then I may gave u a heart stroke... Soo just wait for 1 min after waking up and then start ur day

    I used to wake up early in the morning around 4 am during board exams and yes the atmosphere at that time is quite different. At 5:00 am the satisfying sound of Azaan from the nearby mosque and at 5:30 the chants of Hanuman Chalisa from the temple filled me with the much needed positivity.

    During exams or internals. I surprisingly wake up early even after sleeping late. I sleep at 2 and wake at 5! But after studying for few hours i take a 2 hours nap... That's so refreshing!!

      @Neeharika M i don't mind helping her at all but she has to do things that i cant do at 3am, and as i can't cook, but i can do cleaning and stuff but then my grandma just don't want me to do that coz apparently she doesnt like how i do chores, and my mom is on medication for her mental health so that affected her sleep and she just can't sleeo at night so she wakes up early and she sleeps in afternoon, so what can i do about that and i am only 13 so what else do you expect out of a 13 year old (jk tho)

    Guys.... I wake up early at 5 am and believe me I feel so calm and fresh.... morning time 4 to 6 am is just amazing.... I even wake up early on Saturday and sunday and its amazing....even if you wake up early and start work with laptop for office work it gets finished in just 1 hour which will take 4 hours after 9 am

    Thank you so much...last year my sleep schedule was so messed up...like...I used to sleep at 12 at night and wake up at 8-9 am but now I sleep at 9pm and wake up at 5 am daily since past months and I'm also doing yoga at least 1 hour per day😄💜😇

    I have started watching a series and just because that episodes get uploaded each day at 6 am, I wake up exactly at 5:30 even without alarm... motivation has changed me, from waking up at 11:00 am to waking as early as 5:30... it's a great transformation 😁

      @Look Gorgeous as he said - one needs a good reason to wake up early. Find that anchoring reason. Simply getting up early will not inspire.

    When you set your alaram at night, put it at least 10 steps away from you so that you have to leave the bed to shut it down. That's how it will be easy to leave the bed . Now I wake up at 4am in the morning without any hustle and I sleep like a baby .

    Truly there's nothing more satisfying than waking up early. I totally agree on that.. Waking up 4.30 AM and observing the nature, watching the sunrise and birds or animals and people starting their day, chirping of birds. Fresh air. Taking a walk.. Sunbathing it's just so much better to wake up early and i felt that when i wake up early i feel much more energetic while working out..i feel focused and most importantly i feel i have self control over me.. I dont feel obsessed with social media, caffeine or any gadgets..

    ( tuen off gadgets, read books, listen music, calming scent , massage , meditation, breathing exercises, calm your mind )
    Set an alarm one hour before to sleep
    Eat light dinner early
    ( milk with turmeric, no coffee , no workout at late night, best direction to sleep in left side)
    Consciously tell your mind to get up at specific time
    Set up a purpose- I will study early morning for 95+ in boards
    Conquer the first 10 mins , keep alarm away , don't snooze
    Drink warm water, go balcony, wash your face , walk on grass , rub palms
    Don't sleep in afternoon, body will get used to
    Five your body time to get ised to it
    Sleep at a fixed time every day

    I have really seen myself waking up at the exact time I want to. Just before I sleep I tell myself to wake up at 6 or 4 or anytime that I want to. And I have always woken up pretty much close to that time. It truly works.. ppl just won't believe it when I said to them about this. but good to hear it from uou. 😊

    I keep my phone on the study table so that I couldn't resist from waking up😁
    And believe me I wake up at 4:30 am and 1st half hour I listen some bhajans and then I spend 40 to 45 min with nature it's reAlly very calming and rejuvenating:)
    I also follow your 15 min yoga everyday without a single. Day missing even on that video I commented 💖🦋

    It worked brother👌. I set alarm of 6:00 because i slept at 11 pm and i woke up at 5:30 am without alarm and didn't sleep back as usually i did.
    I rubbed my palm as directed by you, drank some water and went to the rooftop. It felt drastically amazing😍. It was calming and cheering to have the fresh air🙃.

    I wake up at 5:15 at morning help me to do all my work and schedule. I was also a lazy person but from few months .i just follow my pattern i wake up early in morning and feel fresh and enthusiastic 😊 early morning yoga is very good to calm ☺️with me and my family we do this at early morning.

    I started to follow this on the very night I watched it. Now it's been a almost a week! My 9am wake up time changed to 7 am I need to make it 6 am atleast. I'm taking it gradually. My parents are proud of me😁 thanks to fit Tuber.

    When I try to wake up early, most of the times I don't get proper sleep. Disturbed sleep means I can't get up early. The cycle continues.

      Finding out the exact reason for disturbed sleep could help you break the cycle. Or it could be anxiety (i mean the medical one) that doesn't allow you to sleep when you have plans of waking up early.

      brother then u must do japa meditation at least 16 min in the morning. U will feel the most calm that u will never forget experience of japa. If u want to do it then here it is how.

    Another thing that helps to sleep early is , to just play this file called "winding down" by nimja on youtube. Its just a 8min file that tells u to relax and that the day is over, during which i dim my room lights, apply my hand cream, lip balm, drink milk..sortof like a bed time ritual. This reminds my body and mind that its time to sleep and i fall asleep much faster this way! Anybody reading my comment, please try it. Hope it helps :)

    I am not an early riser normally... Now that i am first time mom with WFH my sleep is on roller coaster ride.. I sleep whenever I get time..work during late hours... Everything is messed up...
    I can always feel my energy is draining out as days go... I don't know how these will help with a baby... But still i am going to try so that I can spend my quality time more with my baby morning hours besides running after chores, office work etc...
    That's my motivation now... My Time My day to my little one... Lets see how it goes...

    I wake up early in the morning. Instantly leave the bed , wash myself sit in the study room, then I goes to drowsy mode, after a second of reading my book. Even tho' I sleep early in night.

    Hi Vivek,you are correct, overcoming the first 10 minutes in the morning is the biggest challenge.but from tomorrow (it's 6:30pm now) I ll surely wake up early (6am) in the morning and give you the feed back after a week. 👍👍

      Meaning
      Maa Lakshmi rests at the tip of hand (i.e. palm), who we worship for wealth.
      Kar madhye (kar = hands madhye means middle).
      Saraswati is in the middle of the hand, who we worship for knowledge.
      And Govind is at the base of our hand, who we worship for health and protection.
      (kar mule Govinda = core of our hand)
      Prabhate = morning darshanam = to see morning. To see it. To witness morning.
