9-5 office 5:30 home arrival 6:00-8:00 - gives tutions 8:00- 9:30 spend time with family and eats food , then goes out for a walk with my friend post dinner From 9:30 completes the assignment and then at 12:00-12:30 goes to sleep Wake up at 7:00 , then after getting freshen up I goes to my terrace to feed my plants( I have a terrace garden ) then 8:00 take a bath , after that have a breakfast and then bye I am again going to office M routine might change this year as I am getting married this year
Ayurveda recommends to go to bed before 10pm. And wake up before 6am. Maybe you can change that in your routine. Your dinner should not be later than 6pm. It is better to skip it if you are eating that late. Breakfast and lunch are important. Lunch should be your biggest meal. 1 job is more than enough. after 6pm you should rest and prepare for bed. Take your time for this if you have too. You do not have to eat dinner when it is that late. Maybe you are able to skip it? Are you eating dinner because you have to or because you have forgotten and still thinks you need to eat dinner no matter how late it is. I have tried to go through some some of these steps to coax sleep but to no avail. I also cleaned my face with Mummy Earth the next morning still no sleep. So I spend the waking hours at night writing horror stories and I do get some sleep though they are frought with nightmares
Tips to fall asleep quickly at night: - exercise one hour daily - avoid caffeine in the evening - don't sleep more than 15 min in the afternoon - don't try to sleep empty stomach - don't sleep immediately after dinner - don't binge on tv shows/movies - don't keep scrolling social media - watch peaceful/educational videos - don't think too much about work or next day schedule - follow relaxation techniques if you feel anxious

I can relate to this comment and what I'd like to say is that having milk and washing feet, face, etc is something that you can incorporate in your life easily. Another important thing is switching off tv, phone,etc about 2 hours or at least an hour before. This is the easy part that I guess is easy to follow.

How I go to sleep : I close my eye after few minutes I ask my sister I can't sleep she tells me "shut up and let me sleep" than I go to kitchen search for food in fridge ,eat while watching something on tv ,until my mom or dad awake shout at me I watch tv and finally going to bed again and sleep

With the help of ur previous videos, I started doing few of the things shown in this video and I must say I benefitted a lot. The major thing which I started is to go to bed between 9 and 9:30 and wake up between 4:30 and 5 in the morning (of course your videos motivated for this as well) . I am really really happy with this routine and I my health is much better than before. I get amazing benefits from all ur videos. With the help of ur previous videos, I started doing few of the things shown in this video and I must say I benefitted a lot. The major thing which I started is to go to bed between 9 and 9:30 and wake up between 4:30 and 5 in the morning (of course your videos motivated for this as well) . I am really really happy with this routine and I my health is much better than before. I get amazing benefits from all ur videos.
