1.Before going to bed write 10 positive things that happened in a day in your life. This habit helps your subconscious mind.
2. To improve focus, look at something that is aesthetic .It can be a flower, Lord Krishna's image or image of a baby, think about it for deep ,it will impact you with positivity .
3.Remove gadgets from your side few hours before you sleep .

@@pavithradesu I always had some unnecessary thinkings.. it was horrible.. couldn't sleep properly.. eat properly.. I had a fear of insecurity and losing someone .. ro reasons were there .. i used to think that if I commit suicide.. if I loose self control.. these thoughts were killing me.. but now it's not 💕.. always be happy with a positive attitude ❤️

this is really very thoughtful, when i sat down to list down the positive points i was hardly able to find any, that is when i wondered that my mind is now attracting something which is really harmful in a long run. Appreciate your kindness. I started journaling and meditate every night before sleep. I'm dealing with negativity in the family and it feels almost too much to bear at times.
This is good to stay positive and handle it because it will become better as time passes. Keep on doing this positive practice , I may try it out tonight because I haven’t meditated in some time and I’d love to and also, journaling is nice so thank you. You’ve assisted me in my own life.
