My humble request and suggestion - pl keep english subtitles on the top of the screen so that they won't hide the position of asanas as shown by demonstrator.

I am 69 yrs old. I am not having sound sleep at night... I had had a surgical harnia operation one and half years back... Usually I complete my dinner by 10 pm... Will u please advise me which asanas & pranayama should I practice to get rid of this problem?

Not immediate after dinner. Its after few hours of dinner and only when you eat ur dinner at sunset time. According to ayurveda
