I think basic rule for the digession above all, is that you should chew your food properly, 90 percent of your problem will be disappear.

take some psyillium husk if needed to clear intestines it will work like a charm.

I suffer from constipation. I take isabgul in the morning but nothing works. Any suggestions. Have also cut down on roti and bread.

Great and informative video. I would request you to make these sessions in hindi too so that my mother can also watch. She is really suffering from constipation and i don't stay at home to help her out. I do advice her little things but she would be much benefited if she watches it herself for much clarity.
