By fasting its a reminder for me that negative thinking is a waste of time. Gratitude helps , self talk helps.reminding oneself STOP that's not right, let's shift this thought, let's think about something else. If one can use up the energy for negative thoughts about any situation/ person THEN YOU HAVE THE POWER TO SHIFT YOUR THOUGHTS THINKING THE OPPOSITE. Having a hobby helps and doing housework/ painting/ Gardening not only will keep you busy but a weight lifted off your shoulder. Trying NOT watching TV for a few days/ listening to the radio/ reading newspaper. N see how you feel. Peace from England UK.

In my opinion whatever horrible happened in the past is for personal growth so you don't want to worry about future. Eventually Future will be very nice to you. Be patient it will take time and finally you will be very happy.

please help me to come out from ocd, I have been suffering from ocd since 12 years it has been killing me terribly I can't eat anything I can't bath I can't wear clothes totally It never let me to do anything because of scary and negative thoughts comes from mind so I scar for those thoughts, and if I go to temple or wherever in front of God calendar if I stand to pray only negative thoughts will comes so I scar bcz i feel like he may bless those thoughts so please tell me is it possible

The past you cannot change that is depression and the future you don't know u have no control o it then we still think think and destroy our mind and body health. I think she gave all the treatment in her 5 points. Amazing best wishes to u madam.

@@woodlover5784 Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life without anxiety-stress sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-15 minutes. Be as still as possible. Avoid moving too much. Many thoughts will come which is ok--slowly negative thoughts will reduce and your mind will relax. During your daily activity at home or office keep observing your breath with eyes open or closed. Best part is mood swings also reduce after daily meditation. Do the above meditation daily to feel relaxed. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

I used to be this way, always found overthinking and imagining all negative things. I could hardly observe anything positive around me. Always scared and anxious for no reason.
I decided to change it and can tell you it is possible. A lot goes into it - awareness, acceptance, self determination, physical exercise, meditation, good diet, good company, acquiring knowledge but it’s all worth it. I personally feel if you can do just 1 thing today, start following your circadian rhythm. Second follows meditation everyday (even if for 5 mins). Give yourself atleast 3 weeks to observe the change.
Which kind of exercise or meditation we can do for over come our negative thoughts or overthinking kindly share with us too
@@kashifmuhammad289 any kind of movement or meditation will help. You can either try joining a class for regular exercise or just start with this video itself. For meditation also you can find a lot of guided meditation videos online. You can start with walking in a park and sitting in a quiet room and focusing on your breathing. Brahmakumari’s Raja Yoga could be of use to you. You can go to their website and start with the audios they have.

I am so working on my negative thinking, past and present. I catch myself and sometimes I'll stop it. But it's a work in progress. :) Dr Hansaji says be in the present, as in when brushing your teeth and thinking in positive terms, it's keep my teeth, gums healthy. Not let your mind stray away on to something bad, past or present. I'm working on that also.

Negativity is a habit.
Emotion is a powerful medium to carry messages into the subconscious.
When we are angry, unhappy, or troubled, we dwell on them for hours or days and even years.
We become conditioned for negativity.
But joyous occasions are only savoured for the moment it last, then its over.
Pleasant and neutral things happens to us more than unpleasant things.
We should learn to be grateful, for everything, even small mundane occurances. Being thankful numerous times throughout the day. This way we can condition ourselves to be positive.
And when we are hit by an adverse situation, we overcome them quickly.
Really like the guidance ..that when someone cheated how much change I did to myself by becoming smarter and mindful and mentally strong..can you please make one video how we can make our mind strong to combat negative situation so that it does not make us stressed causing hormonal imbalances..and do justice to ourself and family

I'm always doing something and thinking of another thing.
I'm always thinking negative remembering my past heart in general.
I'm always daydreaming on how I wish my life was better and I wouldn't of experience so much pain etc...
I'm over 40 and still haven't beaten this horrible habit 😭
I sometimes wish to get hypnotized Maybe 🤔 would help me erase all the bad experiences life threw at me?!?
I have to say though. I'm a very strong woman that after all I didn't fall into temptation of drugs and all sorts of bad habits.

Take a decision and join a yoga institute
Go see a regular Dr. and let him/her about your anxiety issues it is possible that your condition has to do with chemical imbalances in the brain, in any case the Dr. will refer you to the appropriate specialist. Our brains just like any organ in our bodies are susceptible to illness/disease as well. Hang in there with the appropriate help you will be able to cope much better with your situation.
Mam same problem hear. Plzzz meet phsychtric doctors. You may be suffering from social anxiety or social phobia. No other way to cure mental problems.

My father's wife died on February 14th 2022 (Valentine's Day), and ever since that tragedy happened, he has negative thoughts about this past moment and his younger dark past. He also has heart pain, difficulty breathing, tiredness and swollen legs.
