I think,it's not only yoga but any exercise, it can b running, swimming or gym.. Makes skin better, glowy n decrease cortisol (stress harmone)
There is difference in both with yoga u care not the outer body but ur inner self and exercise it only work on ur muscles that y u feel tired after excerise and not with yoga

I have never done this yoga before but I see many things in it that I have been doing all my life .Clothes in natural fabrics (not tight )and dry when moisture comes from weather conditions or exercising etc.I Respect your knowledge and wisdom.
