Mam I have read that it doesn't matter if we drink water after eating food as our body just increase the production of digestive enzymes and HCl in proportion to water intake plus it only stays in body for 10 minutes while food takes 4 hours

And similarly, there are many studies on this. It's not applying to a reasonable amount of water. These problems might occur if you're taking an excessive amount of water, and most of the time people don't know what's acceptable amount is. So, they end up drinking too much, that's why it's good to either drink in control or avoid drinking.
I've to drink water and lemon juice or I cannot even eat more than 3 TSP of food. so she is giving advice for general population not for all She is repeating what is written in hindu texts. But in Islam its 105 verses encouraging killing kafirs , forced slavery of women captives etc .......it shows true nature of these 2 religions

Our Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) advised not to drink water after meal. However, drinking water before meals is the best for health and fine if drink between the meals.
