    When I eat with my hands in silence, for example, I am fuller faster and I am more satiated than when I’m distracted while eating

    aapki remedy sunne ke baad , maine start kiya kewal ek hafte me mujhe efeect dikhna start ho gaya☺, aapka jitna dhanywaad 🙏karun kam hai.maa kya aap hame lipoma ko sahi karne ka bhi kuch upay bataiye, dr.ko dikha diya bahut si cheeze try ki but fayda nahi ho plz kuch upay bataiye ab aapse hi kuch asha ki kiran hai🙏

      you should register yourself and family in BPL... you will get... 5 kg free rice
      but you are using basic English... teach in any small town... or village... you can earn enough to eat rice one day
