      Before advocating milk. Find answer to below questions and enlightenment yourself:
      1) When does a Cow/Buffalo gives milk?
      2) Cow/Buffalo milk is for whom?
      3) What diary industry do with the male calves?
      4) What is India's rank in beef export?
      5) Why nations consuming dairy is are the ones struggling with brittle bone i.e. osteoporosis.

    The lovely video I have ever seen and I would definitely like to follow them.
    I also take care of myself but it's very important to take care of oneself specially in the old age.
    Nowadays, Ithe children specially the sons do not care for their parents in their old age and betrayed them. I have 2 sons but I have no hope that they would look after me in my old age
    So I take care of myself from now onwards like doing exercises, taking food in proper time, and like to take organic fruits and vegetables .

    Whole day eat only.. better to take soak Groundnut and soak Chana.. these are as nutritional as expensive Dry fruits..🙏

    I have been following 16/8 Intermittent fasting for the last 10 months. I include fruits, nuts, herbs and kimchi in my diet. I have more energy than ever now.

    You are wonderful. My father is 84 years old. What can he do to lose belly fat. He suffer from back pain alot. He has high blood presure. What can i give him to está that is healty.       Weight loss: For your father to lose belly fat, he should focus on a healthy and balanced diet
      that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, and healthy fats.Additionally, he can do low-impact exercises such as walking, swimming, or chair exercises,
      as long as they are approved by his doctor and do not cause any pain.Blood pressure management: Encourage your father to limit his salt intake and increase his potassium intake, as this can help control blood pressure. Foods rich in potassium include
      bananas, sweet potatoes, spinach, and avocados.
      Back pain relief: To help with back pain, your father can try using a heat pad or taking a warm bath, as heat can help relax tense muscles and reduce pain. He can also try gentle
      stretches or yoga poses that are specifically designed to relieve back pain, but it's important to consult with a doctor first to make sure they are safe and appropriate.
      Homemade remedies: You can make a ginger tea by simmering sliced ginger in water for 10 minutes, straining it and adding some honey to taste. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and can help relieve pain and swelling. Additionally, turmeric is also a natural
      anti-inflammatory that can be added to food or drinks. Massage with warm olive oil can also help relieve back pain and stiffness.

    Subah hum jalfi uthke exercise kre gharaale uthte late wo naasta to bnate nhi to saari bhukh ko chai se mitaana padta h
    Phir naasta to humare yshan hota nhi 12 baje esi bhukh lagti h ki thus lete h 4 roti aur chawal aur salaad and fruits to humare yahan lucury h kabhi nhi katti
    4 baje phir se chai kyuki kuch hota hi nhi ghar m khane ko dry fruits bhi mehenge aate h
    Phir 7 baje dinner wahi subah ka thuso 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

    Hello Hansa Maa. Can you please recommend pure amla powder brand? I am worried whether what we get in market are adulterated.

      Amla powder is available in Ayurvedic shops and online shopping. Amla powder can also be made at home. Take 250 gms amla or gooseberries. Cut them into small pieces and discard the seeds. Spread the pieces over a cloth in a plate and dry them in the sun for a few days until hard. Then grind them into a fine powder.

    Hansamaa...you said methi seed soaked overnight.. with its water to drink it..post awla water ..but in video u hv were putting methi powder instantly and drinking it's ..pls can you clarify...we can also take it?

      vitamin k2 is more important in preventing osteperosis and other bone problems than calcium

      Nuts can be consumed soaked or unsoaked. However, nutrients like iron, protein,calcium, and zinc are better absorbed by the body when you soak nuts. Soaking also removes the phytic acid causes indigestion.
