I have been wanting to put my thoughts on the comment section for so long. First thank you for bringing stress into the limelight. As a 30 year old, it is nice to see the younger generation being influenced by your suggestions and advices. Still, things like maggie and momos, oreo shakes and chowmein, white bread and choley bhature are deeply ingrained in our culture. And so is stress. Low stress, Meditation, deep breathes, excersize, and positive eating have been agreed upon worldwide as a key to healthier and happier life. And yet, almost all of us, young and old fall to unhealthy lifestyles. One more thing, I definitely think FSSAI should put tighter regulations on the commercially available processed food. It amazes me how much shit is still allowed in our breads, namkeen, chips, oil, softdrinks, and dairy products and even cosmetics, some of which are banned in Europe. I have been greatly influenced by your suggestions to always look for ingredients in food, and even in skincare, yeilding positive results. Sadly, those niche products need an aisle in the supermarkets too. Nevertheless, nothing beats seasonal fruits and vegetables, cooked in mustard oil, sesame oil, ghee, peanut oil or coconut oil. Suggestions for future videos: -Migraines: is there any ayurvedic permanent remedy? Ofcourse this is a personal choice. -A review on your past videos and any possible correction or updates (a lot o9f potential content in there). -Collab with actual ayurvedic doctors, live interviews of experts etc. -I noticed you also take couple of seconds of snippets from YFL (when talking about salt content) and Ranvir Brar (when talking about oily foods or rice and vinegar). Please be careful for any legal repurcussions. All the best with your future videos.
Vivek Sir, in my opinion you should start an online course like healthy life style habits for different groups of people like school goers, youngsters , Professionals, Senior citizens, etc. In a country like India, health education should be a must in every school, unfortunately it's not. Are you feeling lazy🙃 Don't do over eating Eat your every meal on fix time go to bed early and wake up early also at fix time Coffee can reduce sleep ( drink it when you don't want to sleep ) Be active say no to always sit Exercise yoga workout pranayam No junk no refrigerated foods
1. Avoid overeating 2. Eat one chapati less than usual 3. Reduce the intake of heavy foods 4. Practice intermittent fasting to keep your body light naturally 5. I am not that tired always, actually. I just try to preserve my energy as much as possible, by keeping myself from unnecessary energy consuming works & negativities, so that I can use my energy more efficiently later on in stuffs where it's necessary.😅

Dear Vivek, Best time and quantity of milk and dry dates to consume daily. Quantity of beets and carrots for juicing? How much Pomegranate seeds to eat daily? Thank you 🙏🌹
1. Over eating! Intermittent Fasting 2. Sleep Quality is poor! 9 to 5 sleep, No heavy meals. 3. Prolonged Sitting! Daily exercise 4. Lack Prana! No junk food, No stale food. Only fresh food. Stress kills prana. Deep breath exercise. 5. Low RBC(blood)! Drink Beetroot carrot juice. Thank you Bhai🙏🙏🙏
I've been eating a lot nowadays, mostly junk. Which makes me very lethargic and i wake up lazy in the morning. Which i was not before. Thanks for the video I'll try to improve.
5 reasons... 1.Low blood count. Low level of RBC. INCREASE by eating Dry date, beet root carrot juice, pomegranates 2. Lack of Prana. Eat high pranic foods --fresh fruit, fresh juice, freshly cooked homely meat. Avoid junk and refrigerated food, meat, stale food. Avoid stress. 3.Inactivity. Take short breaks in between work, 15-20 minutes exercise. 4. Poor sleep quality. Sleep at right time, avoid coffee after 12 noon, avoid heavy dinner. 5. If you feel lazy after eating then you're overeating. Reduce --Cheese, cream, nut butter, black urad daal, deep fried foods.
Since May last year my routine has gone awry. No breakfast, feeding on biscuits pastries for lunch and addicted to late night coffee and heavy dinner. Result, I have earned a big tummy and struggling to walk. On an average i used to walk around 8km daily now it's around 2 to 3km.

Vivek I have learned a lot from your videos and continuing to do so. Please keep up the good work, as we all look up to you🙏🏻
I think one more reason to be added to the list... Low Vit D3 and Vit B12 which is quite common these days.
I am not that tired always, actually. I just try to preserve my energy as much as possible, by keeping myself from unnecessary energy consuming works & negativities, so that I can use my energy more efficiently later on in stuffs where it's necessary.😅
I'm even lazy to watch and understand the video 😢
You have ____ addiction

Dear Vivek,
Best time and quantity of milk and dry dates to consume daily.
Quantity of beets and carrots for juicing?
How much Pomegranate seeds to eat daily?
Thank you 🙏🌹
1. Over eating! Intermittent Fasting
2. Sleep Quality is poor! 9 to 5 sleep, No heavy meals.
3. Prolonged Sitting! Daily exercise
4. Lack Prana! No junk food, No stale food. Only fresh food. Stress kills prana. Deep breath exercise.
5. Low RBC(blood)! Drink Beetroot carrot juice.
Thank you Bhai🙏🙏🙏

Missing those days when I used to go for bed at 8 pm
Now i got to know the real reason why I feel tired all day,Thankyou fittuber❤️
I appreciate your choice of vocabulary to explain your content. Keep it up.
5 reasons...
1.Low blood count.
Low level of RBC. INCREASE by eating Dry date, beet root carrot juice, pomegranates
2. Lack of Prana. Eat high pranic foods --fresh fruit, fresh juice, freshly cooked homely meat. Avoid junk and refrigerated food, meat, stale food.
Avoid stress.
3.Inactivity. Take short breaks in between work, 15-20 minutes exercise.
4. Poor sleep quality. Sleep at right time, avoid coffee after 12 noon, avoid heavy dinner.
5. If you feel lazy after eating then you're overeating. Reduce --Cheese, cream, nut butter, black urad daal, deep fried foods.
I am feeling energetic without doing anything but watching your video 😇
Please suggest which Chawanprash brand and Honey Brand is effective.
Since May last year my routine has gone awry. No breakfast, feeding on biscuits pastries for lunch and addicted to late night coffee and heavy dinner. Result, I have earned a big tummy and struggling to walk. On an average i used to walk around 8km daily now it's around 2 to 3km.
