3. sleeping position :
right side s or to left side
4. Aftr wake up:
a.once wakeup dont sleep
b. Drink water
c.shower cold /warm
d. Exercises ,warm up

The one thing I have noticed since retirement is how much better I feel waking up naturally vs. waking to an alarm....it is a huge difference for me. I also started drinking a glass of water first think and that really does help also. Thank you!

How to get sleep better ?
Keep love ! Depends what you do during a day : not angry, avoid fight, keep calm mind, peacefull during the day. Offcourse We can not control other's criticism then we need to keep kindness, friendly with people, avoid needless argument
Take a cold shower or warm shower
Sleep to the right side/left side
After wake up :
Do not go sleep again after you wake up because it made you tired
Take a cup of water
Take a cold shower
Do not check phone
Do excercise

Have lights dinner. Not loaded with sugar carbohydrates. Eat 3 hours before sleep
5 minute loving kindness meditation is also recommended

This is absolutely right. Once you did practice loving kindness (as a meditation as well) your soul becomes unattained in unwanted fussy situations and occurrences. So no control over anything within your pace. Just keep practicing it and you'll see the delicate flow of good thoughts coming out of you to this world. 🌎 Evilness will slowly be descending. Honestly speaking his video making me Habbit day by day , because nowdays before I go to sleep everytime, I see his video. There is no any special treatment talks like any Different things, which I seem always the way of his speaking the way of his sense applicable through the words that is so amazing to me . Even ,his words feel me so better. And Recently I have started to apply his words on my real life . Which is really making difference to me and also more realaxable to me .
