    I’m having schizophrenia and dealing with it with medication and meditation. Sister Shivani has helped me a lot. Medication is still the main solution but besides that I practice meditation to be more happy and peaceful.

    My experience is “l listen to sister Shivani s video full” and in 20min I become normal and I say sorry to everyone in mind at least 😊😊

    Great interview - if I may add... "mental health" is such a good term for healthy minds. Both here in your video, and elsewhere in the world, "mental health" is often used to point out a "problem/concern" - here and elsewhere, some are sometimes clarifying by using a more specific term of "mental health issues" and sometimes just saying let's talk about "mental health" and talking about anxiety/depression, etc. Let us mindfully use the term "mental health" as the positive aspect of healthy minds and not use the term for "ill"-ness. Just a thought. Thank-you both for your work! 🙏🙂BTW... for years, I used to write a column called "The Mindful Minute" in a Health Magazine for families! Nice to come across your work too.

    Beautiful session and talk. Being a Mindfulness Instructor I must say Sister Shivani said absolutely the correct things about it. Everything will remain the same, but I will change. I just wanted to add for everyone to know, Mindfulness has its own beautiful and enriching meditations on building up your awareness level to such a degree that you are conscious of your every thought as sister Shivani said, of your every word, every action, every behaviours!!     My advice is to give free mental health treatment to people by Rajyoga by collecting funds ....in terms of medical expenses of medications etc so that lot of people will survive

      This is something which needs to be taken care of…anything which affects your daily life activity.. & functionality..there is no one reason to it… it depends on your family situations… work areas… your sense of self and perspective towards life…

      Try to Shift your Focus. Don't focus on how to stop daydream?
      1- Ask Yourself How I can live my life normally, Happily (or how you need to spend your day). When you ask right question, you will get your answer.
      2- And as Sisters Shivani said, you can't just remove weakness, Focus on strengthening your Soul. Again ask the above question, what can I do to strengthen my Soul / myself.
      Then start taking small Actions. Action is important, when you start taking Actions you already started feeling good, positive / strong.

    My first question is how does journaling help? If my whole day is spent in stress or anxiety or overthinking or anything which is not healthy for my mind and I am going to write all this in my diary like why this has happened, why I am thinking too much or stressed or causes of anxiety, does it make any sense, does it elevate my thoughts, does it bring peace to me because again I am writing lower vibrational words in my diary. It has happened to me that whatever bad is happening to me ya whatever wasteful thoughts just come to my mind ya most importantly if am procrastinating a lot, I just write down and I experience the more I write about these things, it brings more stress. please tell me the solution. How we can journal our thoughts in a way that instead of creating more stress, How journaling bring our mind and body to a relaxed state?

      1.be in present situation
      2. whatever happened in the past , you can't change just it's a lesson to be added to your experience...
      3.plan for future and forget..when future becomes present we will act
      4.what you think you put in action.. what you can do, you think about that only...there should be synchronisation among thought-word and deed...

      Simply by giving love and caring to our children. Remember the gifts our grand grand parents could offord for their children. I am sure it was handmade most time by themselve, thats also with great love while doing it. Do they have time to worry for so many children.
      See nowadays ,E.g i purchased a mobile for my child. I can choice i gave it to him saying mum work hard to get it , I went to a far place to purchase, keep it well. I gave him now i am thinking i done great if tomorrow he got something bad happening to him on the road,he can called me.worst i can even said it to him
      Now lets choice another way, lets put love in things we are doing for our children. Stop worrying and creating negative scene for them. I am giving you this cuz i love too. I am cooking this food for my children cuz i love to cook for them.i am giving this mobile cuz i care for them. The child or even the person you are giving they will get that touch of love and caring. It will stop them to be depressive in future cuz you give love and caring.instead of them thinking i get comfort yes the mobile was for his comfort. We can give him more by adding love. He will feel it.
      Do we have time nowadays to things with love. We are losing our time on negative content. A child may left his room to come to you. Wht u r doing watching reels. You so much in it. The child has to wait ,oops suddendly the child went quiet .you even forget he was here. Let me finish this i will go, first reel another reels it 1 hour gone. I passed by the child room. You wanted to talk with me. Now i have a little blame. I must make time for him. When?

      Simply by giving love and caring to our children. Remember the gifts our grand grand parents could offord for their children. I am sure it was handmade most time by themselve, thats also with great love and enjoying while doing it. Do they have time to worry for so many children.
      See nowadays ,E.g i purchased a mobile for my child. I can choice i gave it to him saying mum work hard to get it , I went to a far place to purchase, keep it well. I gave him now i am thinking i done great if tomorrow he got something bad happening to him on the road,he can called me.worst i can even said it to him
      Now lets choice another way, lets put love in things we are doing for our children. Stop worrying and creating negative scene for them. I am giving you this cuz i love too. I am cooking this food for my children cuz i love to cook for them.i am giving this mobile cuz i care for them. The child or even the person you are giving they will get that touch of love and caring. It will stop them to be depressive in future cuz you give love and caring.instead of them thinking i get comfort yes the mobile was for his comfort. We can give him more by adding love. He will feel it.
      Do we have time nowadays to things with love. We are losing our time on negative content. A child may left his room to come to you. Wht u r doing watching reels. You so much in it. The child has to wait ,oops suddendly the child went quiet .you even forget he was here. Let me finish this i will go, first reel another reels it 1 hour gone. I passed by the child room. You wanted to talk with me. Now i have a little blame. I must make time for him. When?
