People with high blood pressure, and cholesterol, and who take fat burners, etc, or steroids for fat burning are at high risk during a high-intensity workout at the gym.
This is informative however I feel you should have also added some education on VO2 max, how it’s calculated, what are the ideal levels per age and what does this mean.. this has a lot to make people understand another major reason to look for … nice presentation of facts
Bhai humble request please make a 2hr wali video on heart attack please I know won't be financially that much beneficial for you but one for the community and society...
Three main things for so many diseases and health problems: 1.Unhealthy diet 2.Stress 3.Lifestyle ( less workout and other things like smoke, drink, drugs)
Normal & super fit people lost their life while working out at gym, post pandemic. As a health expert I would the following as reasons 1. Avoid guilty & forced work out. Pick workout you enjoy. 2. Doing too much cardio and no other exercise. Try different workouts to avoid boredom 3. After covid infection do not work out for 3-4months 4. After vaccination or Covid recovery, d-dimer levels in blood are observed to have increased, in few people, it makes the blood thick. Do a blood test to check for that & take treatment. 5. Regular health check ups will help. 6. If feeling uncomfortable while working out immediately stop, do not over push.

It's all here in our attitude, make it easy and simple and don't complicate it in your mind. Trust me it's simple than what we think. Respect 🙏.

I m 38 years old, n sadly i had an quadruple bypass grafting surgery (heart bypass surgery) last year... Trying to adopt healthy lifestyle after surgery... A good die, Walking 60mins, light(2.5kg) resistance training by using dumbbells by doctors advice... I do monitor heart rate while exercising n manage it below 115 BPM... Many times I think should I do resistance training or not, but if I don't then those cholesterol lowering pills will reduce my muscle mass and that will aid fat gain which will effect my overall heart health.... Limiting calorie intake is possible to some extent (1600 cal) below this it will hamper BMR, hence walking and very light weight training is important... Learnt a lot from Siddharth and hypertroph channel from last 2 years... Still in fear and doubt whether should I do weight training or not, lekin Aakhir Dar ke aage Jeet hai... N there are people like Dr. Bhushan Desai, Sidharth Bhai, my cardiologist/surgeon who are helping me to gather some courage to fight against this disease... Have Lot to share.... Just do it

Sir which blood test should we do yearly to track our own health?
Inititallty ECG then treadmill test which is slightly costlier though, but can give ton of insights about your heart under stress.
Doesn't weightlifting put pressure on the heart...and doesn't cardio make the heart stronger to deal with it?
