Normal & super fit people lost their life while working out at gym, post pandemic. As a health expert I would the following as reasons
    1. Avoid guilty & forced work out. Pick workout you enjoy.
    2. Doing too much cardio and no other exercise. Try different workouts to avoid boredom
    3. After covid infection do not work out for 3-4months
    4. After vaccination or Covid recovery, d-dimer levels in blood are observed to have increased, in few people, it makes the blood thick. Do a blood test to check for that & take treatment.
    5. Regular health check ups will help.
    6. If feeling uncomfortable while working out immediately stop, do not over push.

Don't believe this guy blindly. This mf is only trying to defend the negative sides of gym and weight training. Cardio is best for body and heart. Look at soccer players, runners, mma fighters and boxers.
Don't you think they are fit as hell??
running and doing bodyweight excercises are best for physical health. I find most of the soccer players like Messi, Ronaldo, Ibrahimovic and Neymar fitter than these stupid bodybuilders on roids and artificial supplements. Bodybuilding is a million dollar industry and is some western shieet that is now targetting Indians since the population is big.

I m 38 years old, n sadly i had an quadruple bypass grafting surgery (heart bypass surgery) last year... Trying to adopt healthy lifestyle after surgery... A good die, Walking 60mins, light(2.5kg) resistance training by using dumbbells by doctors advice... I do monitor heart rate while exercising n manage it below 115 BPM... Many times I think should I do resistance training or not, but if I don't then those cholesterol lowering pills will reduce my muscle mass and that will aid fat gain which will effect my overall heart health.... Limiting calorie intake is possible to some extent (1600 cal) below this it will hamper BMR, hence walking and very light weight training is important...
Learnt a lot from Siddharth and hypertroph channel from last 2 years...
Still in fear and doubt whether should I do weight training or not, lekin Aakhir Dar ke aage Jeet hai... N there are people like Dr. Bhushan Desai, Sidharth Bhai, my cardiologist/surgeon who are helping me to gather some courage to fight against this disease...
Have Lot to share.... Just do it
