    Thanks so much to both the host and the guest. Simple yet amazing podcast. One of the most important takeaways for me is to believe that you will be able to sleep because unless you do that no matter how much you try you will not be able to sleep. Affirmations and deep breathing work really well in this regard.

    Yet again Very informative and insightful episode. I got to learn so much from this discussion and it reminds me of my night shifts when I used to work in offshore and how depressed I would feel in my those budding years, it really impairs all your body clocks.

      @@iamshobharana yes, no sleep issues as of now. Only problem is facial dystonia/blepharospasm and that can be fixed only through neuroplasticity, any suggestions?

    Shobha Rana.. From the beginning of this interview I was waiting to hear the answer to the basic question.. How many hours sleep is required and what is the ideal time to sleep

      Depends on person to person. Since you’ve asked for the ideal scenario, 7-8 hours and 2-3hours after sunset. Ideally speaking 9pm-5am. But practically 11pm-6am is doable for most people.

    You know something Shobha, the reason why people are not going to psychologist is that the rates are so high,that even a middle class person cannot afford more than one or two sessions.
    So many elderly are in need of therapy and they simply cant afford it financially.

    Your podcasts are excellent and useful. But for making a payment Of Rs40 as joining fee as shown it is so difficult to make the payment because direct gpay payment is not working as in many programmes whereas here it is asking for UPI number or ID etc making the payment mode complicated unnecessarily. I Request that straight gpay payment mode is made available as is available in most other podcast shows or videos to join so that payment is made in one stroke instead of goiing about it in a round about manner like upi number or id etc without which every other video presenter is making available. Thankyou.

      I feel you and you’re not alone. Try to better your sleep by sleeping one hour before your usual time. Gradually over 6-8months bring it to 10.30-11pm. Sudden change won’t work and last

    an amazing and super informative video love it. However, but not agreed with the part from 53:00 (Kahani, Qisay) until that conversation ends, as it discusses Mullah, Kum Karan, Lakshman, etc. If you believe in science and reality, you would know that no one, literally no one, can stay awake for more than a few days at most. If someone claims they can stay awake for weeks or months, bring them to an experience center and record them. They will be exposed, but they won't do that because it would affect their business interests and deceive less educated people.

      We understand your problem. Should not lose heart. You just be positive and be in search of a job where you don't have to work at night shift. Negative thoughts attract Negative situations. So think Positive for your wishes..

    I m 51 years old n have been suffering from insomnia for 35 years ..when I was 15 I had first epileptic fits and then i lost my sleep n still suffering from this fatal disease....this destroyed my whole life..now sleeping pills not working..

    Evening after taking sleeping pills, I don't feel fresh when I get up in morning. I get up myself forcefully. Don't know what to do 😢😢

    Every animal who is born on the Earth takes a rest and sleeps at night when at the time of sleep our body takes rest, but our subconscious mind does not take rest that is why we are alive and wack up. One more thing is that when we are sleeping our hearts do not stop why? It is that our heartbeat and all digestive every command by the subconscious mind. I give one example - Abhimainu who learned to inter chakraviu from inside mom, one more example is that- Randy Garden did not sleep 11 days, he would keep the Guinness world record in 1997 That time Hia's mind reached everywhere in the world, the end of the day sleep is very important to rest the body.

      Very good observation. Sleep is important to restore our body from fatigue of activity durimv the day.. of course, vital functios of the body continue to work for survival but our voluntary muscles are given rest to recover.

      Hahaha. I feel you! Try to better your sleep by sleeping 30mins before your usual time. Gradually over 6-8months bring it to 10-10.30pm. Sudden change won’t work and last 😊
