    Some people say about soya chunks bioavailability like it's doesn't absorb the amount of protein some say it has high estrogen so it's reduce testosterone what is your opinion on this plz reply

    Biggest reason for everyone is probably the cost. Not anything else. I am a vegeterian and for me to reach my protein goals everyday I would have to spend 7500 minimum every month. I am 85kg so according to your table I would need 150 grams per day. Assuming I am including only highest quality protein supplements. The cost can go down if I include soya chunks which comes with it's own issues like soo many anti nutrients and low bio availability.

    Sir main apko hi follow karta hu , sir mere family wale whey protein ke bohot mna karte h isliye main roz 100g soya chunks or 500ml skimmed milk aur 100g panner of 70g of mung beans ( sprouts) khata hu or mera roz ka protein intake 110-115 g ho jata h jo ki mere weight ka 1.5 h toh sir please bataiye ki yeh diet plan sahi h ya fhir kuch kam jyada karna h . 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Reply

    Hey , Thankyou so much for making me an aware eater❤... This is really a great great thing to follow and adhere to.
    Yeah its hard to follow and eat same things over and over again but thats the only reality we can have our way to healthy and fit lifestyle.... Since i have started counting my calorie from past two weeks I have realised how badly i have been eating.... Every week four times outside food🥹🥹🥹🥹 Apni health k sath kitna jada khilvaad krri thi me omg😮
    But now i am set free forever and ever...... Eating out once in month if required otherwise that too doesnt feel like now,, because i have stopped having sugar and carbs also in less quantity but i am able to control my hunger and cravings now🎉😂

    Sir it is very difficult to meet daily protein requirement as a women if you have pcod/ pcos. Gluten and dairy products and soy is also not good for pcos and pcod. Can you please do a diet plan for pcod, and how to meet protein requirements?

    I’m an intermediate. And my weight has gone to 85 kg with 25 percent body fat . Now if I build muscle in calorie surplus then body fat will increase and if I b deficient then muscles will loss with reduction of fat. And moreover I don’t fit in body decomposition .
    So what to do now plz guide sir

      do a cut and get to 12-15% BF and while maintaining muscle. After after that you can start lean bulking again

    I know this question is answered a lot of times.. but in 2024 im still scared of eating soya, as it might increase my estrogen. I'vve 18 percent fat..Could you please tell me if i can eat soya.. and it wont increase my estrogen? Ive worked very hard and come rown to 18 percent from 26 percent fat.. but want to increase my protein intake now.. can i take soya?

      The only problem with Soya is digestibility. If you can digest Soya you should go for it. The estrogen thing is a myth. Eggs are literally female products of an animal. They have much more estrogen. And if eggs dont cause any harm how would Soya cause harm to your body. Also some amount of Estrogen is always produced by your body. It too has anabolic and other effects in the body.
