I Successfully lost 13.5 kg in 3 months & 19 days, without any supplimemt or fat burner... As per you explained we have to change our life style to get fit & in shape... So 3.5 months before I changed my complete diet... I completely stopped fried, junk & market foods sugar & salt.. Sugar alternate I am using jeggery Salt replacement with Pink salt but only a pinch of that. My main intake is green veggies, lintel, oats,milk,eggs, fish fillet, chicken Breast, brown rice, sorghum floor & fruits.☺️☺️ As per my dieting I am not exceeding more that 1000 calories/day. Regarding step yes I increased my steps, everyday I am walking 7000_8000 steps.🏋️🏋️🙏🙏

I am following you and gained proper knowledge about fitness and started my fitness journey two months back and I am not taking any suppliments even protein shakes. I am Having 6 egg whites and glass milk in post workouts and black coffee in pre workout daily. I have got better results within a two months of time. I don't have any deadline to achieve something and I don't want be like that. I want to be fit in my entire life. Moreover thanks a lot bhai and you are different from others and you are natural person because if you want you can miss guide your audience to buy suppliments without providing a knowledge on them but you are not doing that. I agree with you the only thing to groom yourself is to change your daily routine. Eat healthy in proper portion. Maintain daily workouts (Dance, swimming, running, cycling, gym, yoga etc.,) Stay hydrated Last but not the least keep yourself happy.
